This is now our Second time working with Dabella, first project is a new shower remodel and I have nothing but good things to say. ZANE came out and got us a new Shower and it is being installed and the crew that is working has been amazing really great at what they do. Justin and Jeremy are the best installers we've seen.
Since they did such a good job we decided to have Dabella do our roof as well. ZANE brought Adam D with him this time and they did a great job explaining all of our options for the roof with a 50 year roof all American made. GREAT COMPANY WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE FOR ROOF SIDING WINDOW OR BATH REMODELS.

Our door to see if we wanted an estimate on our siding which My Husband and I Did. So we set us up with a date and time. On our scheduled appointment. We got the pleasure of experiencing Mr ***. He got here right on the dot. He came on in upbeat and positive. Introduced Himself then politely Excused himself to step outside to do what he needed to do outside then when he was finished came back in and gave us the run down on all our possibilities. Plus gave us a little run down on other things that is offered. Didn’t pressure us at all. He understood that unfortunately we are unable to get our siding done as of right now.

My roof was recently replaced by DaBella. I knew it was time to make the change as the cedar shake roof was going on 20 years old and badly needed replacing. I was more than satisfied with the quality of the product, and delighted with the workmanship of the contractor and his crew. The job was finished in less time than originally quoted, everyone involved were very friendly, respectful of my property, and exceedingly professional. When they left it looked as if there had been no one there except there was a new roof!!
I'd like to send props to *** for making this work. She walked me through the whole process, and went the extra mile to be sure I recieved the best value for my dollar...*** went above and beyond to help me get the roof I wanted and needed. DaBella was expensive, but so far their product, installation, and business practices are well in line for the dollars spent
I would, and have recommended DaBella to anyone needing work done on their roof.

I was interested in the cost of a walk out tub for my wife who is disabled. Two men, *** and ***, came to our house give me answers to my question. They spent over an hour answering all of my questions. They were honest, sincere, and professional. They did not push me into any decision to buy. They gave me facts about what they could do for me and my wife. When everything was over we purchased a walk in tub and gained two new friends. came to our home to estimate cost for renovating 2 bathrooms in our home. He spent several hours going over details and options with my wife. Answering all her questions and coming up with a detailed plan for renovating both our bathrooms. We could not be more pleased with his thoroughness and professionalism. I met with *** today to discuss residing my house. He was very thorough in sharing information about the company, showing me the product and then walking through the bid. I appreciate his willingness to get me the best deal he can, but I like to have at least three bids to make sure I’m making a good decision. The company is definitely a good company and has a good reputation. I will definitely use them if the other bids are even close or not as good of a product.

and *** inspected the roof and attic space of our house and garage, and were very friendly and open about what repairs were needed and the options they could provide. They were also up front about pricing and financing options, and were very flexible with payment plans. Lots of good information and amazing customer service! Thanks guys!

I wish I could leave zero stars.

About a year ago a sales rep was walking door to door in my neighborhood offering to set appointment for bids. I foolishly set an appointment, two men showed up at my house about a week later, they were extremely rude with their sales pitch and quoted me an astronomical amount for my roof--I obviously went with another company. Since then, I get daily calls from their company (sometimes more than once a day), I either ignore the call or answer it to tell them to stop calling me...I have repeatedly chosen the latter and still annoying phone calls.

came to our appointment on time, equipped with all information and materials he needed and one of the most positive and upbeat attitudes it’s been my pleasure to encounter. *** took all the time I needed to explain how a roof is installed, the various quality components used in his firm’s construction and patiently, how their products differ from the norm, and cheerfully and competently answered every question I had. After explaining all these things, he then willingly went into the various funding options, reviewed my individual situation and came up with a dynamite funding option for me. At no time did I feel pressured, talked down to or as if smoke was being blown in my direction. I only wish every company representative I have dealt with were as personable, competent and a downright pleasure to deal with. If *** sells anything else in his life, I hope it’s something I need and he comes to sell to me.

We have not yet had our roof put on as of yet, but wanted to take the opportunity to point out two individuals who I thought did a great job in setting it all up for us. They answered our questions and concerns. No hard sales pitch and really liked the feeling from both *** and ***. My wife and I were of course concerned about cost, as you know, complete roof jobs are enough to get your hair standing on end. But working with them, a way was found that works for us, so that our investment and home are protected.
It's not easy to trust someone with this, but thus far, we feel we are in good hands.
We are looking forward to doing a review after the work is completed.

I SIGNED A CONTRACT, TO RE-ROOF MY HOUSE, 3 MONTHS DOWN THE ROAD. THE REP TALKED ME INTO FINANCING THE PROJECT, TO GET THE BEST DEAL. I GAVE HIM ALL OF MY FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND WAS ASSURED THAT MY CARD WOULD NOT BE CHARGED, UNTIL PRIOR TO BEGINNING THE WORK! AFTER RETHINKING THE DEAL, AND FURTHER RESEARCH, I FELT THAT $17000.00, TO RE-ROOF A 2100 SQ FOOT HOUSE, THAT WOULD TAKE $6000.00 IN MATERIALS AND 3 DAYS TO COMPLETE WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE! I CALLED THE REP, WITH NO RESPONSE AND THE COMPANY, TO CANCEL THE ORDER! THE COMPANY REP, TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO CALL THE REP! I E-MAILED THE REP, WITHIN 72 HOURS, TO CANCEL THE PROJECT! TODAY, WHILE CHECKING MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION, I LEARNED THAT THE COMPANY HAD CHARGED MY ACCOUNT THE $500.00 DOLLARS, TO FINANCE MY PROJECT! I RECEIVED NO MATERIALS OR SERVICES, EXCEPT THE FREE QUOTE! I CALLED MY BANK AND DISPUTED THE CHARGE AND STOPPED PAYMENT! I INFORMED MY BANK, THAT THERE MIGHT BE A CASE OF INTERSTATE BANK FRAUD, SINCE, THEY ARE IN OREGON AND I LIVE IN IDAHO! BUYER, BE AWARE!

I apologize for the misunderstanding. We ran the card following our normal business practices after 72 hours of signing the contract. It appears you may have had difficulty reaching us prior to the card being run. We have ensured your $500 deposit was credited back to your account.

I had a very sweet gal by the name of *** stop by my house. She was inquiring about new windows. It struck my attention so she offered a free quote by Dabella. I said sure if the quote was free. She said absolutely. She scheduled for *** and *** to come do a quote. These two men are amazing! They helped me in every aspect I was wanting for windows. I gave them several questions and they answered them all. The best part of the company they represent are pricing, lifetime guarantee, custom made windows for what I desired, and overall they made us feel very comfortable knowing we had chose the right place. I give them a 5 out 5 rating because they are the best if you decide you need new windows. I also had to change a window at the last second and they were more than willing to work with us and do what we wanted. They are very customer oriented and will only do what you desire. They are the best! They are so nice and friendly. Please I recommend *** and *** from Dabella to do your next home window project for you. They are phenomenal! We had our windows replaced and they did a really great job. It took about half a day to replace 11 windows. Very professional, cleaned up after they were finished and the windows are awesome. I recommend them if you need windows or siding. They will be replacing our siding in March.

They did a great job but were in a hurry on their cleanup also just got my warranty registration and it stated they used 23 Squares and I was quoted 29 so where is the other 6 squares? And shouldn’t I get a refund for those squares? Also it stated they put on Timberline American Harvest when they actually put on Alaskan Sand.. is my warranty any good?

We're glad you enjoy the roof! To clarify, Timberland American Harvest is the type of shingle and Alaskan Sand is the color you chose. This means the warranty still holds. The actual squares for your roof are 26.6 leaving 2.4 squares for waste. Thank you for the feedback, we will make that more clear in the future for customers.

To be clear, waste is a normal part of the roofing process and all jobs include waste.

and *** were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the roof we had installed. *** and his crew made the construction quick and easy. Only hiccup was with *** wanting payment 1 month earlier than signed contract date because the guys came and finished job earlier than expected..highly recommended this company.

Supposed to be only 60-90 minutes appointment but ended up being 5 hours, but *** was very patient and answered all the questions we had. He seemed well trained , he sure knows what he is talking about! He never rushed the procedures. We haven't gotten the installation yet but we are looking forward seeing our 50 years warranty new roof!
Only the reason I minused one star was because the guy who came to our front door first asked my email address to send me the company information , which I never received it yet and also *** gift card no matter what our decision is (even if we decided not to go with DaBella), which I am still waiting for. But other than that seems great company!
