Thank you for the opportunity to address the additional concerns presented by our customer. As previously stated, GoDaddy renewed the service upon expiration in accordance with our customer's account preferences. GoDaddy notified our customer prior to the product expiration. GoDaddy also sent transaction details after the renewal was processed. GoDaddy provides customers full control of their renewal preferences. Customers may, at any time, log into their account and modify this preference. While we make a best effort to partner in our customers' success, our customers must also be responsible for their actions or lack thereof. Account management is a customer responsibility. This is not acceptableWhere does it say that it will auto-renew after year without my authorization??????I never authorized this on any of the domainsI have owned 50+ domains from you guys over the yearsSEE ATTACHED SCREEN SHOT OF RECEIPTIt says Year Term! I don't get how this is such a big dealyou can see on your end that all of these domains that I had for year, I have never touched or used once and never expected you guys to charge me additionally after I specifically put YEAR when I purchased the domain in the first partIf you have disclaimers or something in the footer somewhere that is hidden and is meant to deceit someone then that is extremely unethical and I wonder how many other customers have been getting constantly charged for domains they never knew they had anymoresmall charges like these are hard to recognize in a bank statement and go unnoticed and I believe that is 100% intentional on your partI want my refundI still have domains through you guys and will move all of my services to another company if not resolvedThe funds that I will be paying you guys over the next few years for my current services and future domains will supersede anything close to the fair and ethical refund I am asking for today
The information they provided is subjectiveAs a developer and in agreement with other developers and GoDaddy potential customers whom have created a whole community surrounding this fraudulent business practice of what they call "front-running", I know that it is easy to setup multiple fake accounts from the system's back-end and set those account to a domain search requirements that fits a particular requirement, or if someone from their back-end who has access to their search logs, can easily register the searched domains for resale as it is more profitable for themI once searched the domain name s [redacted] and it was availableThe next day when I went to purchase it, it was bought and up for sale, which was strangeEven more ironic is that this was in 2011, and when you check their whois now, it shows a created date of How can a domain that was available in have been created in 2004? Godaddy made Stripe the only option, when using their "online store", for processing credit cardsGodaddy obviously receives some sort of compensation in their partnership with StripeTherefore they are mutually responsible for the lack of customer service provided by Stripe and the dishonest way of doing business that Stripe/Godaddy maintainsWe have provided a copy of an email that was meant to look like it came from StripeThis "Scam" email further shows that Stripe/Godaddy is susceptible to hacking and that the inability to keep our information secure shows further the lacking of customer service and trust that Stripe/Godaddy offers!

There are article of this all over the internetWas Godaddy Caught Registering Domains Names After Availability Lookup?
