Thank you for the opportunity to address our customer’s additional concerns. We stand by our previous responseOur customer's account preferences instructed GoDaddy to renew the domain name upon expiration and GoDaddy honored its agreements. As previously stated, GoDaddy received no contact from our customer in regarding their accountAdditionally, renewal notices are emailed through an automated process and as such, bounce backs that may have been received due to an invalid account are not monitoredAccount management is solely a customer responsibilityGoDaddy would have no way of knowing whether our customers email address has changed unless our customer updated that information from within their account. Our customer was properly informed the domain is no longer eligible for a refund, however, a chargeback has been initiated against the domain in question, withdrawing funds paid to GoDaddyAs such, the final decision on whether our customer’s funds are returned to them lies with their financial institution.Thank you again for the opportunity to address the additional concerns presented by our customer.Kindest regards,Johnee D [redacted] Office of the CEO - GoDaddy

Thank you for the opportunity to address our customer’s additional concerns. There was no SSL whose cancellation affected the website in question. There can be no website without its corresponding domain name. When our customer's domain was canceled to fulfill their refund request, the website subsequently was taken off line. If our customer would like to re-instate their website, they will need to connect with our care teams to redeem the domain name.Thank you again for the opportunity to address the additional concerns presented by our customer.Kindest regards,Stephen J***Office of the CEO - GoDaddy

GoDaddy has failed to acknowledge that when they contacted me for renewal I informed them that I didn't not wish to renew For the last few years, I have used Go Daddy without any problemsI recommended their services to friends and familyI always thanked every representative for their outstanding customer service they provideI believe that them handling this matter in this way is immoral and unlike themI feel as though I've been scammed by a company that I used to strive to be like with my business Unfortunately, I lost my business due to the hard times and that's the only reason why I discontinued my services with go daddyIf this is how GoDaddy would like to end this matter and not even compromise so be itTruthfully, it's disappointing to see businesses conducting themselves this wayI feel like I was just taken advantage of by a company I always looked forward to working with in the past

First, I never approved the website for publicationOne of the people answering the phone said the problem with the program not emailing my company and client when a reservation for an art class was submitted was that the website had to be publishedIt did not work(It still does not work) I did not approve the publishing the website.I made a clear understanding with the salesman about how I wished the site to functionHe checked with a so-called programmerI used several other art class sites as examplesThey said they couldThere is no excuseThey never mentioned they would be using third party plugins or that I would be responsible for any programmingI paid GoDaddy to design the siteIf they can not design it properly, simple, give my money back and I'll find someone that can. There was to be two calendars, one for art classes and one for music & eventsThey designed the site with one calendar for the art class and duplicated it for the music/eventsIt did not work. There is no one manager for the websiteYou can never get a supervisor when you requestYou never get the same person twice when you call. The site is useless to meIt has never worked as intended

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did not set my preferences for a year auto renewal I also don't believe I ever agreed to the refund policy they are now trying to enforce If they were to automatically renew me, why would they make an assumption it was for a term that was years Does this seem reasonable? Then, when contacting them to resolve it why wouldn't they at a minimum refund in cash the unused portion I have no use for a store credit This is being offer so they can keep my money for services they will never provide They know this It was clearly explained Regards, [redacted] *
