Thank you for the opportunity to address our customer's concernsUpon conducting business with GoDaddy, our customer acknowledged and accepted our agreements, found at https://www.godaddy.com/legal-agreements.aspx.On July our customer purchased a Website Builder and Standard SSL each for a 3-year termOn May 27, our customer manually renewed their Website Builder for another 3-year term and on June 2013, per our customer’s account preferences, the Standard SSL automatically renewed for a 3-year termThe Website Builder renewed automatically on July 15, and the Standard SSL renewed automatically on July 30, Both in accordance with our customer’s account preferences. When a SSL is being used on a Website Builder site, and is renewed, some steps need to be taken after renewalThis is required to ensure the proper validation dates for the SSL are set so the browser being used to access the site knows the site is secureOtherwise an “unsecure site” message will be displayed. Our customer took no action to alert us to this issue from the time their products last renewed until February 19, Our customer was correctly informed during that interaction they would need to re-publish the site to resolve itWhile we make a best effort to partner in our customers' success, our customers must also be responsible for their actions or lack thereof.RESOLUTION:GoDaddy upheld its agreements with our customer in good faith and honored its terms of serviceWe attempted to connect with our customer to address their concerns with them, but were unsuccessfulWe have followed up with our customer via email with the steps they need to take to republish their siteIf they have any additional concerns our support teams can be reached 24/to assist at 480-505-8877.Thank you again for the opportunity to address the concerns presented by our customer.Kindest regards,Ken C [redacted] Office of the CEO - GoDaddy

All of my databases are still not recovered While I understand you cover yourself in legal terms burried in your terms of service, it still does not make this good customer service or a decent way to treat your long term customers of ten years when non payment is due to my credit card being compromised due to fraud! And to make things worse, the two Sites that I am most concerned with recovering, one of which is a site I host and manage for Free for a charitable organization are still not recovered And I work at a tech company The actual 'work' time of restoring a backup is a matter of minutes, not this big production that requires exorbitant charges I currently have a ticket still open that I am still waiting to be addressed on these main two sites on one of these hosting plans See incident ID [redacted] for more information So at this point, not only are your restore fees ridiculous, and not only is charging them when payment wasnt received due to fraud poor customer service, but I have not received what I've paid for

Hello...I have been hosted with GoDaddy for YEARS upon YEARS $per month, so I do not have to worry about losing my data It is auto renewed monthly Payment was last made from April to May for$ months I got a notice stating my credit card was declined, and then a receipt Then I got nothing emails, years hosting, I assume I'd get a text message, a phone call, an email with READ RECEIPT, *something [redacted] before years of website content is DELETED with $restore fee, over ONE decline of $ Storage is inexpensive and the cloud has ample storage There is no excuse for deleting years of someone's design data, holding it hostage over a payment not received in days, without contacting the customer in some fashion besides an email there is no way to confirm was received I also updated my email address to [redacted] several times, the emails are still being sent to [redacted] Please refund the $and update your policy to grant *[redacted] days to a customer, send a simple TEXT ALERT (everyone offers them now), and make a phone call, if payment not receiveddisk space is FAR from premium, and restore should be *very simple [redacted] for a company who's product is storage Even this email from Revdex.com went into spam, and I almost missed it Email rules, server issues, yahoo hacks, anything could have caused that email not to go through
