installation o be completed. I lost 4 days of pay prior to this last date. I was told that compensation for the inconvenience would occurr. No return calls have been made. Poor customer service and poor satisfaction from this customer. I only got results when the Revdex.com send the complaint against the company. Where is the refund I was told about. I had to pay full price because, the invoice from Empire was never changed. The installer would ot comply with anything other than the written contract. 1 week prior to the holiday season thetefore I was forced to pay. I had 7 guest sleeping ver.
