We do not know what the outcome of the inspection was as the business did not share his findings with us nor  did they respond to my request for a copy.  We will purchase a dehumidifier, though we know this is not the cause of the problem.  Once we do so we will contact the business so they could repair subfloor and replace all the hardwood flooring.Sincerely,

am rejecting this response because: I feel Empire has not made enough of an attempt to clean the grout off of the tiles, and I have many different colors of grout sue to  prior attempts by original installer to clean, unsuccessfully.  New grout done with tiles that were replaced, with the repair, is correct color, but is much darker than all  other areas, which vary from white to many different shades of tan and brown. I have sent many photos of current condition of floor to Installment Manager.

I am rejecting this response because:  The packet containing a very detailed complaint along with photographs will be transmitted within the next seven days.  Upon acknowledgement of receipt, I will consider closing this complaint as it is becoming painfully obvious that regardless of how dedicated the staff may be, restitution for out of pocket expense is all I can expect to receive.  All other deficiencies will simply be ignored.
