customer via email to explain the terms of the conditions of the promotion and

I am rejecting this response because:since it has been almost 60 days since the installation and Empire was not returning our calls, we hired another contractor to fix Empire's mistake. If Empire would like to resolve the complaint, they should pay the invoice from another company to fix their mistake-which they would not call us back or fix it in a reasonable amount of time (over 50 days and counting).

I am rejecting this response because:Empire Flooring does not want to admit any wrong. If I accept the 1/2 off of a replacement floor, that would mean I'd end up paying $20,000 for flooring which should have been installed correctly to begin with. Empire is claiming that I had total water damage and that is not the case. We told Empire that we wanted their flooring taken out and refund our money. I asked Empire about our one year warranty.  They told me that they (Empire) covers the labor warranty and the manufacture warranty of the material is also covered by Empire and they would not allow us to file a warranty claim.  The floor product has been installed since January 2017 and was not right from the beginning. I believe the floor product we originally selected is not what they installed. The area representative for my area, [redacted] as much as said we had "cheap" flor product. Mr. [redacted] even told me blankly that he would not let me talk to his superior, nor would he let me speak to someone in their corporate office.  I will I'll seek legal action against Empire Today. I believe they (Empire) had taken advantage of us because of our age. The stress alone with this situation has taken its toll on me and my wife. We are both heart patients and this has caused us undue stress and financial devastation.  We build our final home to live ourmthe rest of our life in peace and didn't count on having this kind of problem.

We appreciate the customer contacting us regarding their concerns. We have scheduled service for Monday November 6, 2017 per the customer’s request. We do not pay customer’s for labor for moving their own items, however for customer satisfaction and goodwill we have agreed to refund $150.00.
