[redacted]P.S. to date I still have not received the final $151.00 owed me for lost deposit(s) and final Overdraft fee caused by CITI Bank on my Bank Account. Thank you yet again.

resolution is unsatisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. The company offered me a payment plan that will significantly impact my home financial situation. They neither offered alternative arrangements nor lessened the payment. I accepted the payment plan with the intention of paying off my balance and discontinuing business with citibank. I hope their file will be noted for refusal to work within a customers financial means and general uncaring attitude despite 10 years of business together. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I have not been in contact or been contacted by Citi in regards to the documentation requested about the account for [redacted]. I would still like the copies of my statements from June 2014 to the date in which they closed my account and the address they were sent to as it was not my address. Also I still need the receipts in order to write my letter addressing the fraud on my account.

[I have contacted Citi on October *, 2015. I was told by the rep that a manager will be contacting me within 3-5 business days. It's is now October ** and no manager has called me.This is just poor customer service!)

Citi had responded via mail (first mail response) with inaccurate information. They are stating dates from 2013, nothing recent. They did not accurately address the fact of zero notification was made via any source except robophone messages. I will not work with [redacted], as they are requesting. [redacted] deserves a complaint of their own.

1) The money is not in my account. The issue will NOT be resolved until this has been completed.
2) what part of get this resolved don't you understand CITI? How many times does the customer (me) have to tell you to get this resolved however you have to?
3) It was CITI that told me to wait 45 days for the merchant to respond before CITI could act. Now they tell me too much time has passed for them to do anything. Now i'm supposed to call [redacted] direct?
4) CITI - Get [redacted] on the phone and get this resolved!! [redacted] refunded the money to CITI back in July 2014. CITI says they dont have it. [redacted] says they dont either. YOU (CITI) need to do your jobs and get this resolved!
5) [redacted] told me they are done with this. They said they have proof that they forwarded the money to CITI but they will not release that to me. They said they can release the proof to CITI however.
Do I need to call in and physically yell at some poor sucker on the phone before anything will get done?

Citi® Prepaid Services received the complaint submitted on February **, 2015 from [redacted] regarding a balance of a promotional prepaid card issued by Citi Prepaid Services on behalf of [redacted].  As a business that aims to provide a positive cardholder experience, we endeavor to resolve all cardholder issues in a thorough and satisfactory manner.
 
Upon review, Citi Prepaid Services determined that the promotional prepaid card that [redacted] inquired about was issued on July *, 2014 with an expiration date of July **, 2016 in the amount of $25.00.  [redacted]’s complaint indicates he was not advised why the balance of $1.20 was no longer available on the card.  According to our records, [redacted] was not provided any information regarding this account as the identity verification of address verification was not passed.  [redacted] also stated that the call was wiretapped; all calls are recorded and this messaging is provided to every caller into our call center.  
 
We have been unable to reach [redacted], leaving several messages for him and receiving messages from him but unable to relay this information personally.
 
We regret that [redacted] encountered this situation.  If the Revdex.com should have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me at the number and information found below.

 Dishonest practices- they closed the account when it was current not delinquent and reported that way. Why? 
Revdex.com and [redacted] need to investigate the practices of a company that does not notify consumers they closed their account, these are no efforts that help or protect consumers as [redacted] and Revdex.com claim to do. CITIs responses are one sided and do not address their mistakes- closing the account AFTER it was brought current, not notifying of closure which they hide behind a ridiculous statement that they don't have to BUT the send a letter stating I requested the account be closed and reported it that way when it was their actions.  Any response they offer through their rude and condescending response will never resolve the issue. I want the practice of not informing customers that their account is being closed and then say it was the consumers request investigated as unfair acts under the FCRA guidelines.
