[Your Answer Here]My case has not been resolved and the call was recorded.  You have my permission to listen to recording.  [redacted] Brantley called from ###-###-#### and I was advised to return his call at ###-###-####.  I was advised that my rate is 21.99% + prime rate of 3.25%. Per [redacted] I could pay off balance as quickly as possible, that would help me save money. I asked if I could speak to someone else and he said I had reached the Office of the President and that was the highest.  I was not offered a lower interest rate because there was not a rate lower at this time.  You have my permission for access to any information to resolve this matter.  This call took place on 2/**/15.Thank you,[redacted]

this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. The [redacted] Executive Escalation team did an excellent job in responding and following up with me. Unfortunately, since the credit card account was through Citibank, Citibank was unable to offer a solution. Because of this, I will never do business with Citibank ever again.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.  The business sent me a letter confirming my credit score was not effected and confirms they will refund my $25.00 late fee that was tacked onto my last payment that was reversed without my knowledge.  I have not received my reimbursement as of yet and will await for it to arrive through the mail.  This is a very small complaint compared to others, however as a working citizen who strives to pay my bills regularly, I felt humiliated and angry how this company accommodates the blue collared workers in this country.  Although the reimbursement is small, I can't help but wonder how many others have had similar experiences and did not question such actions from this company.  I appreciate the Revdex.com following up with this and pray corporate America will stop ripping off the blue collar workers of this country.

[Your Answer Here]I received the Terms and Conditions sent from CITI. I read it from the first to the last word, twice, but can not find anywhere that mentions the opening bonus is regarded as dividend rewards. In fact, in the Terms and Condition, it explicitly lists cases in which dividend rewards are earned but does not include the promotional opening bonus as one. As such I believe I did not get any useful information from CITI to solve this issue. I also asked the lady from CITI to direct me to any written material that could support her assertion, but she did not. She also said she refused to reinstate $250 even if she could not find anything to justify their early seizure. In words, there is not any progress yet. And I feel the lady from CITI is not in the attitude to solve this issue.

We responded to the customer on February **, 2015.  It may take 7-10 days for the customer to receive the written response.  [redacted] has not had sufficent time to receive our response.  Should the customer like to share this information they can provide a copy of our response to the Revdex.com.?

They keep referring to dates back in September. My complaint revolves around Dec-February activities. They are doing nothing to reconcile this. They sent a letter to me referencing a payment plan set up between them and myself back in September. I am not arguing that a payment plan was set up. I fulfilled the payment plan as agreed to. I am complaining because I asked to continue the payment plan but instead this didn't happen, and it was reported to the credit bureaus that I missed payments in January. THIS is what I want fixed. Their customer service apologized to me and told me it would be fixed numerous times, and it never was.

I have made several phone calls to [redacted] at Citi Bank.  She was the one that was assigned to this case at Citi.  She has not returned any of my calls.  Here is my call log:3/** at 7:42 pm3/** at 8:31 am4/* at 3:45 pm4/* at 6:13 pmI would like my credit line re-instated.  I do not want my credit to be pulled again, as that will affect my credit score and I am trying to buy a house.  Please let me know what you can do to take care of this matter.

Citi has not, in any way, contacted me since this complaint was made. When I called Coti about the issue, they said my account was under review again and that I should call back in a month. I need a direct number to someone who understands my situation and that will help, instead of bouncing me from place to place.

[On 6/*/15, I received a letter again from [redacted].  It was identical with her previous response.  It appears that [redacted] has no sincerity to resolve the issue based on the following facts:1. As I said, before applying online, I had called (12/**/14) customer service who looked into my account history and determined I would be eligible for the 30,000 ThankYou points after spending $2,000 within first four months.  [redacted] said she was unable to locate the phone call.  I believe that was due to the customer service staff’s failure to make a note of this conversation.2. After I met all requirements and did not get 30,000 points, I called customer service at ###-###-#### for many times and was given different explanations.  Finally, I was referred to an [redacted] who reviewed my account and agreed to credit $300 to my account. It was around the end of February, 2015 and the [redacted] was a gentleman.  [redacted] said she could not find the records of the [redacted]s offer.  That’s the problems of the customer services’ record keeping.  If I had not been promised of the $300 credit by the [redacted], I would not file a complaint against the Citi with the Revdex.com.3. When I received a response letter, I was given a discontinued phone number which made me have no way to reach [redacted].4. After I got the correct phone number, I made 3-4 times phone calls every day from 6/*/15 to 6/**/15 and had never reached a real person.Therefore, I request my case be reviewed by [redacted]’s supervisor or a higher level of management for a reasonable compensation.]

They have not responded to me neither via phone mail or text. This is the only notification I have received. I have not spoken to anyone on August [redacted] about this matter Who did they speak to and by which correspondence median did they use to communicate their response to me?

determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I never received any response from CitiBank in response to this complaint I made on Revdex.com. Nothing from CitiBank in writing, or by phone call, or by e-mail. Additionally I have no way to review their response if their response was posted on teh Revdex.com website as the only thing I received from Revdex.com was a notification that they received some sort of response from CitiBank concerning this complaint I made. If there is a response from CitiBank then I would like to have it sent to me, via e-mail, at [redacted] so that I can review the response to my complaint and make an informed decision to accept or decline their response. Also it would be nice if, when Revdex.com contacts me to inform me that there is a response to my complaint on Revdex.com, that they provide a link to the response so that I can actually see it. I am waiting for response from CitiBank, or a link from Revdex.com to the response by CitiBank, so that I can see what they said before I make a final decision. As of now I cannot accept their response when I have no clue what they said.
