The complaint from 12/2015 is not the same of today's complaint. The previous complaint was resolved with Citi after Revdex.com helped me. Today's complaint #[redacted] is with another Citi credit card.

Please be advised that the company did NOTHING to rectify or resolve this situation.  I am definitely going to pursue this because it appears unethical.  I have several credit cards and never ever heard of this.  They just don't want to take responsibility for their actions.

This matter is still outstanding.  The credits/adjustments that have been requested and/or that Citibank has promised are not yet reflected on any statements.  We are also awaiting a formal response from Citibank to ALL of the requests for resolution that have been made.

 I have e-mailed Citibank many, many times with no response.  This won't be resolved until Citibank e-mails me back that they have canceled the card I was never able to use.

satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.The business reached out and called me to inform me that they restored my credit limit, I verified by calling my account and they did in fact restored my limit.

To date we have received four pieces of mail marked returned that we have sent to [redacted] address.  We have also responded via the CFPB and Attorney General's office.  If [redacted] would like to provide an email address or a fax number we would be happy to send the documents via that method.

Citibank sent me a letter indicating that they would allow me to continue to make my payments, however: They treated me as if I intended for this to happen in the language. This issue was due to a website snag that prevented me from putting my information in the blank. It took all the information without verifying its completeness. When I tried to explain, I got nothing but corporate garb.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I followed up to CitiBank fraud department on Sunday at 8am. I was advised that my account would be credited and the investigation hijack to my checking account will take 45 days...

to resolve.  A  new ATM card is expected to arrive to my home address within 3 business days. I currently do not have access to my accounts and was told that if I require any transactions to be completed, I will need to visit a bank teller for support.

Citi has received this complaint and will respond to the customer within 13 days. You may contact he customer for details.

The executive response unit rep called me and went over my complaint with me. However, I was not satisfied with the citicards customer policy because she failed to answer the resolution about the company's failure to enroll me in autopay in due time which resulted in an increased interest rate to 29% immediately and I was actually compelled to pay my FULL balance with that INCREASED interest, which should have been a responsibility of the citicards, because of their poor autopay process. 
 The citicards also charged a $95 annual fee which was a surprise as this annual fee was never mentioned to me when I had a detailed discussion with the rep in July of 2014 or even earlier. To avoid further confusion, I want to discard this card immediately to prevent this shocking annual fees. I wish I had received a courtesy credit of annual fee back and a better and transparent customer service  communication in this regard.

SOMEONE SENT A LETTER THAT DID NOT ADDRESS THE LONG OUTSTANDING FRAUD CHARGES. THEY ADDRESSED SOMETHING THAT HAPPENED YEARS AGO. THE BALANCE THAT IS ON THE ACCOUNT NOW IS FRAUD FROM 2014 AND 2015!!! WHY IS NO ONE HELPING? DO NOT SEND LETTERS! CALL!!! I AM OUT OF THE COUNTRY FOR WORK SO MY WIFE WILL BE ABLE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE.

They are skating around the issue. At this point there is nothing CITI can or will do to assist me. Please post complaint against Citi for other Revdex.com users/consumers to be aware of. Maybe someone will see the need to investigate their methods of closing consumers accounts WITHOUT prior notice and then sending the consumer a letter stating the CONSUMER requested the account closed as dishonest practices.
Revdex.com, [redacted] are all usless organizations that don't recognize the larger issue/infractions against consumers. NO company should be legally able to close a consumers account without prior notice and then claim it was something the consumer requested. That is what CITI did, they won't account for their mistake and Revdex.com and [redacted] will not investigate.
