I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that the business has no intension of making customers aware  of delenquent accounts by hardcopy mail. I consider this to be bad business. My hope was that other customers coud benefit from my experience.  A promise to notify customers by hard copy when they are delinquent would have been a suffcient compromise.  I have cancelled other Citi Bank accounts and will no longer do business with this company in the future.

disputing with customer service and having checks dishonored. I'm going to pay the return check fees and credit monitoring myself due to Citibank forcing me to give my account information over the phone over a dozen times as well as including it in over 20 emails. This is the first time I have ever paid a bill late in my life and I will now deal with a lower credit score since Citibank would not allow me to pay my bills on time with my fully funded checking account. I now deal with a bruised reputation in my community as Citibank refused to honor my check for my water bill even though I had enough funds to cover ALL my bills. Let this be a lesson to everyone if you want to share your bank account information with dozens of people, lower your credit score, ruin your financial reputation, and have all your funds blocked so you can't pay your bills join Citibank!

from Citi after Revdex.com is nothing new but restating their decisions, including will not refund the annual fee charged on my credit card the month of closure (and this part is particularly shameless even if you are a Citi employee); will not refund my EARNED mileage points and cash back. Keep in mind that I had been a customer with Citi for eight years and had never had a late payment or a payment not made in full, and yet Citi refused to explain the reason it closed all of my credit cards account when my spending habit had been the same for years. At this point, it is more than clear that the reason Citi closed my account is merely an act of irresponsible and arrogant. And I will keep pursuing my PRE-CHARGED annual fee and my EARNED mileage points and cash back, as they are my opportunity cost of not using other credit cards like [redacted], BTW, Citi customer service always encouraged me to use their cards more as I had been a reliable borrower. And the fact that company as large as Citi are doing things so low is funny.

I did consent to the reinstatement but I was not told it would be an entry or a decline or given proper information when I originally called about the card closure and I still feel I should have been given the chance to use the card before they even closed it. A warning of there terms prior to the closure should have been better customer service than what they did. This resolution is unsatisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved to citibanks satisfaction only.  However I am not going to pursue it further as what's the point. Please close out the complaint. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Citibank has not contacted me via phone regarding this debt at all. I have contacted the office directly via email, phone, and through the Website Portal. I have received a letter in the mail stating the credit report was showing incorrect information and that information has been updated; however, the dates they are updating my credit report with are erroneous. This debt was originated in December, 2006. As of December *, 2015 the latest update to my credit file was that the accounts was closed on December [redacted], 2015. There has never been any payments on this account and it was closed on March **, 2007 due to charge-off. The information in my credit file is not corrected. The account closed date should be listed as the date the account closed due to charge-off which was March **, 2007. The problem has NOT been corrected and Citibank won't contact me. I want them to contact me the email address on file or at the minimum they need to contact my phone number on file and leave a voicemail so I know they are calling.

We responded to the customer on 02/**/2015.  If the customer would like to share this information they can provide a copy of our response to the Revdex.com.

being resolved in my favor. Nothing has been done to alleviate any damage. I received the letter which states there is nothing you can do despite the fact that the company has neglected the agreement with my mother and I. They never intended to provide the services they promised, and they have had little to know communication with us. The proof of that was provided. Citi has completely ignored the proof and is in favor of the company that has taken our money. Very disappointing seeing as I am the Citi customer.

complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has not been resolved becauseCitibank has not mailed any information on their stance in this matter.  Citibank called our home, but I do not comprehend anything and they would not discuss anything with my husband, so he can't explain to me. They stated they would mail information with an explanation, but no letter has arrived.  The call from Citibank came on 1-**-15 and today's date is 1-**-15. How can Citibank claim that I do not authorize them to discuss with the Revdex.com when it was ME who reported them to the Revdex.com? As stated earlier, nothing but a closed account with a zero balance due is acceptable.

that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: although Citibank claimed that it would be in direct contact with me, as usual, Citibank did not call or write. This is similar to what has happened to me repeatedly. I was told over and over again that a manager would call to fix the problem with the charges - within 48 hours - but managers never called. This is just more and the same. Citibank should tell Revdex.com how they intend to address the problem that they have caused. Ruining a customer's credit over a $10 mistaken charge is just horrible, and making me wait another day more to correct it, preventing me from qualifying for a loan, is inexcusable. What will Citi do to correct this problem?

The company claimed that I was late to make payment on a closed account that is past due in Feb/March 2014, which I made a payment in their branch located at [redacted] and [redacted] The person also said I made a payment to cover the outstanding balance in July, yet I did not pay anythign in July, when I asked if they provide me detail regards the payment,s such as date, place and method of payment, they got nothing , instead, they asked me to " go home and find your payment receipt ". Finally, if I did paid the amount in July, why would they keep reporting negative late payments on my credit report all the way til this month, December 2014 ??? I reject the solution and request further investigations. Thank you [redacted]
