I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I received a letter from Citibank indicating they are declining this dispute because the business provided documentation substantiating that the car was in my possession at the time of the speeding ticket.  However, upon reviewing this documentation it only indicates that the car was in my possession the day before the speeding ticket.  The car was returned to the business in the morning before the speeding ticket was issued.Also, I provided proof to Citi that even if the ticket had been issued to me (which it hadn't) the ticketed amount should have been $150 instead of the $300 that was fraudulently charged to my card.  Citi's response to me is that the signed documentation from the merchant shows that they charge a $75 administration fee in such circumstances.  After consulting with a few mathematics experts, I am able to confirm that 150 + 75 does not, in fact, add up to 300.  150 plus 75 is 225.  Again, this charge is fraudulent and should be removed post haste.

Citi bank has NOT tried to contact me ...they just keep calling me and asking for a payment for money I never recieved. They unautherized took  $1904.00 out of my account and gave it to [redacted] and want me to pay for it. I have never heard of this Cororation and getting sick and tired of Citi Bank harrassing me about money they took out of my account and gave it to another person. They need to go after [redacted] for their money and return my money to my account ASAP. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND NEED CITI BANK TO STOP HARRASSING ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[Your Answer Here]     I still keep receiving letters from Citibank which said they handle [redacted], yet when I called corporate [redacted], "[redacted]" said there would be an ongoing investigation.  [redacted] took the name of [redacted] who I talked to at Citibank, who would not even let me finish a sentence.  I called [redacted] and let them know that these tactics are driving away good customers with their strong arm tactics.  I forewarned [redacted] in Sept. that I was going through a very devastating hardship, and I was touching base with them even before I was late.  These unending phone calls, and letters must stop.

They have sent me a letter stating that they will refund me half of the interest $369.38, if I pay the promotional balance of $635.47 by December **, 2014. However I just paid $1011.24 on December *, 2014 which is more than what they wanted and have still not received the credit to my balance that they stated above...so I will wait and see what happens. The case is not fully resolved if they don't give me the money back that they said they would.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

 The response from Citi is unacceptable since the merchant doesn't provide the service as the advisement. Thus, the asserted non-refundable contract is invalid. Since there is no valid non-refundable contract, I am not responsible for the service I don't and won't obtain.

To Whom It May Concern:
 
Citi® Prepaid Services received the complaint submitted on March *, 2015 from [redacted] regarding two promotional prepaid cards issued by Citi Prepaid Services on behalf of [redacted].  As a business that aims to provide a positive cardholder experience, we endeavor to resolve all cardholder issues in a thorough and satisfactory manner.
 
Upon review, Citi Prepaid Services determined that only one promotional prepaid card had been directed by [redacted] to be sent to [redacted].  This card was issued on April *, 2014 with an expiration date of October **, 2014 in the amount of $200.00.  [redacted] adamantly expressed that the one card was never received.  As a one-time courtesy, the card was reissued to the address on file. 
 
For the second card, Citi Prepaid Services could not locate any information in our system.  [redacted] indicates that she will research the documentation and follow up with [redacted] for the status.
 
We regret that [redacted] encountered this situation.  If the Revdex.com should have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me at the number and information found below.

I did finally receive the letter they sent, but it's clear no one even read my complaint, because their response is that they can't complete my request, because I was the one that filled out an application. That fact is not being disputed. The problem is, I couldn't complete the application because they refused to send the form I needed to fill out to the proper address, after I verified the address with the credit bureau and offered proof to Citi. They refused and just said, "not our problem," except, it is. Please, make them read the complaint and stop dismissing it. They messed up, now they need to fix it.

CITIGROUP (Goodyear's promotion handler) refused to refund the fine. And mentioned nothing about helping to restore my severely damaged credit.If CITICORP had put on the account statements that monthly payments are required as part of the promotion next to the other promotion statement,this would never have happened.

the representative about the outlandish interest charges incurred. She stated that they were valid and would stand. I respectfully disagree and will cancel this card and going forward. I will also avoid doing business with this company in the future. It is my opinion that this practice constitutes predatory lending that is harmful to families such as mine. I will also follow up with Costco as this is their branded product. They need to know how their customers are being treated by Citi.

 Citibank has just reiterated their position and not addressed any of my concerns.  This response strikes me as a blatant attempt to get me to click "resolved" so that this does not show on their Revdex.com record, without having addressed my complaint.  I will NOT accept this complaint as resolved until Citi gives me the 50,000 Aadvantage miles that they owe, due to their misleading advertising.

 All they did was was tell me pay my full amount and that the fraud department didn't want to talk to me even though I requested to speak to a [redacted] and that they were going to send me a letter in the mail which is what they originally sent and resolved nothing. They haven't told me that they were going to give me my card or anything.

[In their response, Citibank ignored my complaint and denied they charged me for purchase protection. However as anyone can see from the attached statement (only one example), they are charging me for purchase protection (as Citibank calls it, "Pur [redacted]." This is a service I NEVER signed up for, and they have been charging me for it since mid 2014. They must refund all fees they have been charging me since then.]
