I order a product from Dell since 10/24/and still have not received the second shipment for this productThe product was order and invoice at $for a Dell UltraSharp Dual Monitor Bundle U2412MDell processed and charged my credit card for the order, however they only send the stand even though they invoice for bothUnfortunately my mom fell sick and was diagnosed with a terminal illness and I had to switch my priority to what mattered mostNow that things have slow down after my mom's funeral has pass, I decided to follwith Dell again, I am now being told that they were only shipping the stand for the price advertised due to an incorrect promotionDell did not send any advertising discrepancy email to me neither did any one follow up to advise of this issueDell should have either cancel the entire order or send an emailIt is really disgusting when companies treats their customer with no respect and behave as if there money is not appreciated What should

My problem started when I returned an DELL XPS that I had paid forI followed the instructions of the returnOnce they received the laptop they said that my money will be refundedThe problem is that the money that refunded is the wrong amountI have talked to supervisors an the credit card department and they keep tell me that the systems says that it is correct on their end but my bank statement says other wiseI just want DELL to give me the rest of my money back that is all I wantBut they refuse to help meAs a college student every penny is valuable to me

I recently purchased a Dell Computer from Dell.com I recieved an email confirmation In this email confirmation, I was added to some random guys account I was given alot of his personal information such as his home address and account numbers I called Dell to question this person/my account I as told that they could not change it I could not be assured about the security of my credit card used I was placed on hold for minutes at a time and transferred around every time that I complained I was not allowed to speak to a supervisor when I asked for one The only way I could talk to someone was through Facebook comments where I eventually got someone to cancel my order In the end, I even called the random guy who Dell put me on his account with him and told him who I was in case he got my billMy computer was canceled after it failed to ship one week after the delivery date that it never arrived on

On July 20th I made an online order for a Television which I have purchased two televisions, laptop, X-box system, camera and desk top computer before with absolutely no problem. I was given a delivery date of July 25th didn't receive anything on that day I call to see what was going on Tuesday July 26 I was transferred to six different people and no one could tell me anything. Finally one of the persons said the television probably was on back order or out of stock I asked why hadn't anyone contacted me to let me know this. I am on hold now while I am typing and have been transferred to six different persons trying to cancel this order I have asked for the corporate office number no one has the number I was even told they are not authorize to give number out Who says that. I really hope Dell is not instructing to not give out the corporate number but, when I went online to look up the number online the number listed is ###-###-#### called and what do you know I'm back talking with

Recently, I sent my brand new laptop to Dell computers for service to fix an issue with the screen (minor LED leak)I followed their packing and shipping instructions to the letter, even using the original box to ship the unit (which had ample padding) back to their shopI received one update from Dell saying that they saw it on the say to them, then nothing for over a weekWhen the unit was returned, it was damaged and stickers had been placed on it as though it was in that condition when they got it and they were marking it for their recordsI reached out to Dell directly, as the unit was in near pristine condition with no damage when sentFor the last two weeks I have received no assistance from their team, just requests for pictures that I was not instructed to take, requests to get in touch with the shipping agency that should not be my responsibility as they chose that shipper to do business with, and no progress whatsoever, just an email five days ago saying that in 1-bus

In fall of 2013, my college roommate used my cell phone to contact Dell about technical issues with her laptopSince then, I have received 1-calls a month from a Dell call center asking for my roommateI have repeatedly explained that this has never been her phone and that I would like to be removed from the call listIn response, most of the Dell representatives hang upSome of them assure me that I will be removed from this list, but I continue to receive these callsSome representatives have even been rude and interrogated me about why this number is associated with the Dell accountIt has now been years, and I would really like to stop receiving these callsI do not even own a Dell computer
