I purchased a top of the line Dell XPS-computer in September It is not yet months oldMy invoice states that the computer is Windows Ready and Windows (when available for my computer) is includedThe computer will not upgrade to Windows even though I have spent roughly hours trying to upgrade to Windows I have called Dell Tech Support many times and they acknowledge a problem with this upgradeI have followed their verbal and written instruction carefully and still no success upgradingAll of this has been very, very inconvenient for me and my wife who is the primary user of the laptopShe is in medical school and many days she has not had use of her computer when these upgrade attempts have taken placeWe have had to remove files and programs from the computer and do a factory reset (per Dell's instruction) many timesThis means programs and files have had to be put back on the computer as well as the original Windows operating systemAll of this h

On dec 8, 2016, I made a purchase for Description Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - Xbox Live Digital Code and XCOM2: Season Pass - Xbox Live Digital Code They are both digital code for xbox one games Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is suppose to be the full game but instead what I got was a season pass Season pass are just added content to the game and it needs the actual game to access I did not have problem with the XCOMseason pass because I intended to buy the season pass Deus Ex is the issue i'm having because they mislabeled the item The final cost was $after my gift cards on my dell preferred account I've contacted them over months to get it resolved over the phone and email All I got is they will look into it and get back to me in the next 24-hours Then a week go back and they would email me to tell me to call customer service After calling customer services, they would call me and tell me they look into it The cycle just keep repeating Now the balance

I purchased a Dell XPS in April of for my daughter's birthday Since I was ordering direct from Dell, and adding some RAM and storage to the computer, I ordered early to allow sufficient time for delivery After delivery, since this was a birthday present, it stayed in the box until time to open the gift, which was this past Friday, 6/2/(the first time the computer was taken out of the packaging) The computer was stored at my climate controlled office under lock and key during the time between delivery and opening Dell has a day return policy from the time of order I understand this policy However, this was a birthday gift and as the owner of a business myself, good customer service sometimes calls for exceptions to be made This is one of those cases When the computer was turned on, it would not boot up After 2+ hours on the phone with Dell tech support, they could not fix the problem Either the OS was corrupted, or had never been installed I then requ

I had a tv delivered it came damaged I spoke to a customer service rep on 8/9/ He promised me that I would have a new tv shipped out and receive all the information Then on 9/12/I contacted them again as nothing had gone through and this guy told me that I could only exchange it for the same brand at the same price point and that if it was a lower price point they would not refund the difference for me They also would not have the tv repaired He was very rude about the whole ordeal

My order [redacted] and [redacted] were first made on 04/around 5pm and then confirmed for daysBut they were canceled this morning around 4am without any sign or notice at allI was told by the rep that the orders were canceled due to gift card verification issuesBut the gift cards were already charged the day I placed the orderI have been using gift cards for many orders and there is definitely no issue with my gift cards I also got a reply from another rep that it can be the reason that I combine the daily deals together with the Dealmoon 15% off which means Dell canceled these orders because I bought them with an unexpected low priceI also made an order on 4/with gift cards + credit cardBut that order has no issue at all (order# [redacted] ) because I only applied dealmoon 15% off on this order This is definitely a selective order cancellation And most disappointingly, Dell didn't even realize they have charged me on the gift cards and my AMEX credi

Do not purchase anything from Dell, they pretend to have customer service, but it really doesn’t exist Even when they make a mistake, they won’t own up to it We purchased two spare hard drives for our server and when an issue arose, we discovered that they had sent the wrong sized hard drives (and yes we have the documentation of our order compared to what we actually received), we contacted Dell and were told that they would not honor a return or issue a refund, even though it was their mistake We spend a ton of money with Dell on a yearly basis and still they refuse to make it right This post is only the beginning; I am now on a lifelong campaign to let the world know our experience, because you can bet your experience won’t be much better My next complaints will be posted on the Revdex.com, Angies list and I will pass this along to my sister, the mommy blogger with nothing but time at home to help spread the truth.Required Field
