I have had a very bad customer service experience with the Dell Outlet customer service team On March 30, 2017, I ordered a New Dell laptop (Inspiron 15-2-in-1) with help from a Dell online sales personI ordered the laptop on behalf of my wife, using a debit card that is in her nameThe same afternoon, I received a call from a Dell Financial Admin Associate to notify me that there were some issues verifying the address on the debit card and she also required my wife send her an e-mail from her business/work e-mail addressBoth of those items were taken care of that same night, my wife sent the e-mail and included the address on record for the debit cardDespite having done this, the following morning (March 31) I got a call from the same Financial Admin Associate saying (in a very off-putting tone) that in spite of asking me to send her the two required items, we had not sent them in time, so she could not process the order and was going to cancel itFirstly, I was never i

I purchased a laptop form my school bookstore on January 05, Although the laptop was used as a display it did come with a one year warranty because it was a new purchase for me It's now August 27, and I am having technical issues with the laptop I contacted Dell's customer service number to file a claim, but I learned that the computer was still registered under the school's bookstore information and therefore the warranty was expired I explained to Dell with help from my bookstore's manager that I purchased this laptop and it came with a warranty which would expire January Also, we requested that they transfer ownership and updated and correct the registration issueI called Dell times and yesterday I was on the phone for 1/hours with no resolution, no information updated, only a bunch of misleading promises and still I don't have a shipping label or any idea when they will update the information son I can have my laptop fixed I spoke with [redacted]

Gift card not delivered months after transaction

I bought a computer dec.24,I broght ih home and been having issues with it.I called them in febuary telling them that my computer keybord was only working half the time, the screan was flashing and not coming onthey did a few things and it got worse, I email them and told them its still doing itthey did a few more test t worked for a few days and sometimes a weekthey sent me a box to send the computer back to them and they would fix itthey did notand , it has gotten worseI called and email them today and I got screamed at my the frist lady, the second person told me he cant help me and was very rud, they keep passing me on and the last person said they cant fix it, becase there is nothing wrong with it

All of their Customer service "Agents" are in foreign countries Most of them based in the Philippines and in India Although they are fluent in English, they lack professionalism and sound robotic as if all their answers are in a computer screenno help at all!

I began the refund process on the 4th of March They received the returned merchandise on the 15th of March and was told I would have my refund by the 30th of March On April 1st I was told it would more daysOn the 4th of April I was told 3-more daysOn the 5th of April I was told hours and still I have not recieved my refund

I returned a computer and did not receive a refund Dell says it was processed on 9/2/16, but I did not receive the refund

I had trouble with the fan on my computer by Dell, and called customer service It was still under warrenty and they told me to send it in (they sent a postage paid Fed Ex label) I received a call and an email yesterday, stating that there was damage to the keyboard, to the LCD cover and the bottom door There was no damage to any of these pieces when I sent it to Dell They say they cannot replace the fan due to this other damage, which will cost $to fix Or, I can just take it back without any repairs Again, the damage they are telling me exist are not accurate or an honest appraisal of my computer
