I purchased a new laptop from Dell in January In September 2017, the laptop stopped working and I could not get the laptop to turn onA service request was created and I shipped the laptop to Dell on September 20, After multiple emails for updates to be continuously told either the part was on backorder, I requested an exchange on October 19, After more back and forth, the request for an exchange was entered into the system and I received the replacement on October 27, When I received the October 27th replacement, it was so damaged I could not insert the charger into the laptopI immediately opened a service request with Dell that same day, provided pictures, and asked for a return label to send the damaged replacement backI made numerous contacts with Dell and finally received a UPS return label on November 13, The replacement was sent back to Dell and received by Dell on November 16, After multiple contacts for updates, on November 23, at

Two issues
First issue, I purchased a brand new monitor (Dell U2913WM) from dell.com on 11/18/with its original price $Received the monitor with a big sized, no Dell logo ordinary packaging box instead of original boxIt is hard to believe that you purchased a brand new item from its official website and received the item without original box, I feel like it was a refurbished oneI took pictures of the packaging and complained to Dell customer service, and they agreed to refund me $for the improper shipping packaging boxFirst issue solved
Second issue, recently I saw the price of the monitor reduced from $to $Since it is still within Dell's days price match guarantee period, I called Dell customer service twice to match the lower price, including today 12/15/Their customer service supervisor said I have a $refund record (see the first issue), thus, they cannot process another refund for the price match ($difference in prices)I

I purchased a Dell Inspiron ilaptop (on November 2015) with screen defects that got worse over time, so I decided to claim my warranty and send it in for repair (December 2016)My claim was accepted, and when I received the laptop, the replacement LCD screen had the same screen defect (January 2017)I decided to call Dell and send them my laptop one more time to fix the issueHowever, instead of just replacing the LCD screen, multiple parts were replaced (February 16, 2017)The parts included, "IO/Daughter Board, Heatsink, Main Logic Board, Palmrest, Cables, LCD display, and operating system"The replacement of these parts was unwarranted and unnecessaryUp until this point, the only issue with the laptop was the distortion in the display
Upon receipt of the laptop the second time, a month and a half later (March 31, 2017), the computer no longer powers onWhen the incident occurred the laptop went on standby and frozeRegardless of the keys I pressed, the computer

I ordered a computer from Dell on 08/26/I called on 08/to cancel the order and was told the cancellation team was closedI called on 08/29/when they opened and talked to *** who "stated that my order would be cancelled and my credit card would be credited within hours"Cancellation Reference #***I then got an email 08/31/stating the order has been shipped, and my credit card is still not creditedI call again on 09/02/and talk to *** who states " That at the same time *** cancelled the order, it was ready to be shipped and was already sent"It took days to cancel the order? Then he states " I have to receive the order and call them again to get a return label and my credit card will be credited days after they receive the order back" I then waited on hold for minutes to speak with a manager- *** *employee ID#*** tells me if I refuse the shipment, Dell will make me wait days for my money-(punishment obviously) D

I ordered a Dell Inspiron laptopon Dec 14, It was shipped without my authorization to delivery without signature and was left on my porch for several days without my knowledge as no advice was sent that it was being shipped I opened the box on Jan 6, 2017, and it was inoperable out of the box I contacted technical support and was assured over a period of several weeks that the problem would be resolved and my the purchased onsite support would be provided Onsite support was scheduled by Dell with me on two occasions and onsite support was a no showOnsite support finally showed up on Jan and the support person told me that this issue was just dispatched to them for the first time Dell continued to use empty promises of immediate repair to lure me into believing that will happen while clocking down the original day refund Onsite support could not repair the problem and he made the request to send it back in for repair I was then told by Dell that I would not get

I recently, January 10th 2018, received my laptop (Dell Precision 7510) ordered from Dell online for $2,400+, I also have a warranty on the laptopWhen I received the package some of the keys on the keyboard were lifted upAs the weeks went on I noticed other things were wrong with the hardware and softwareSome of these things were: even more lifted keys, loose metal frame around the laptop, loose right monitor hinge, mouse would move slowly move on its own, fingerprint reader would only work sometimes
On the 27th of Feburary, I sent back the laptop for repairsAs I recieved the laptop back on March 2nd, I noticed some of the keys from the keyboard where still lifted up! While the frame was fixed; the monitor hinge was notOn top of the two items still not being fixed, the laptop had a plethora of new problemsThese new problems were: laptop overheating, more keys than before being lifted up, three of the four usb ports are bent, the top left corner of the back of the monit

I contacted Dell to have my Alienware Alpha fixed for the second time because when I had it fixed the first time it did not fully resolved the "yellow light of death problem" as it occurred again few weeks after
They send the packaging materials for me to send my Alienware Alpha to their repair departmentconfirm my address on the phone but for some reason they send it to the wrong addressI have told them more than times about the correct address every time I called and still up to now they still unable to get it right
And a week later the packaging materials camebecause of all these stress, I accidentally switched the back panel of my Alienware Alpha when I switched the hard drive to the working one so I could continue my work and my data would not be erased
A week later I spoke with the customer service department to have it settled and send my Alienware Alpha back so I could send it back to them with the correct service tag on it
I spoke with the Dell again to

I bought a computer last year weeks after I bought the computer, the keyboard stopped working and I had to call them Then the hard drive went out on computer before warranty did They sent me a hard drive and I installed After this, it would not load windows After numerous times and hours on the phone and on line with techs, I had to send computer to them to fix issue When I spoke with people who worked on unit, they said they had to replace multiple parts of the computer Now that computer is returned, I start computer and when I try to shut it down, it will sit for hours saying starting windows do not cut off computerI then have to manually shut it off Issue is not fixed I have been in touch with multiple techs Ask them to talk to me on hours I can talk since I am an educator and do not have business hours They call during school day and refuse to call other wise I am tired of messing with them and want my $back They say they cannot talk to me

On Dec 18, my out-of-warranty Dell laptop broke I returned the laptop to Dell for repairs at an agreed price of $I was told they could not replace the broken screen but could send me a refurbished laptop for the same priceI agreed to that on 1/29/16, while I was away from home (left on 1/16/16, returned on 3/11/16) I received a replacement sometime in FebI'm a truck driver away from home weeks at a time then, home for days So I opened the box but the laptop did not turn on until I plugged the power cord inI discovered on 3/16/that the laptop did not work
Since 3/18/i've been shuttled between in in-warranty and out-of-warranty departments trying to get a replacement laptop sent to me Dell is insisting that I get the defective laptop repaired It has been escalated to the highest level (of course in India) and they are basically ignoring me at this point I took the laptop to FedEx yesterday 4/30/I've been trying to speak with Dell to let the

Starting with a feeling of helplessness and inability to get my issue resolved I have tried with Dell, but to no avail I purchased a Dell laptop computer in May 2017, and from day one there were serious issues with it I constantly got Blue Screens every-time I used the computer I had to reinstall the Windows OS times and nothing ever worked I was promised time and time again - by cocky, over confident technical support people - that they were the best and would fix my issues that NEVER happened After putting up with the BSOD issues, and bad email and phone troubleshooting - with Dell - for 4- monthsDell finally agreed to have me ship my computer to them for repair BIG MISTAKE!!! I shipped my computer to Dell for hardware support, December It is now February 27, and I still have not received my computer back from them There seemed to be a mixup with the shipping back to me through FedexApparently the computer was shipped to me but then FedEx sent

On dec 8, 2016, I made a purchase for Description Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - Xbox Live Digital Code and
XCOM2: Season Pass - Xbox Live Digital Code They are both digital code for xbox one games Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is suppose to be the full game but instead what I got was a season pass Season pass are just added content to the game and it needs the actual game to access I did not have problem with the XCOMseason pass because I intended to buy the season pass Deus Ex is the issue i'm having because they mislabeled the item The final cost was $after my gift cards on my dell preferred account I've contacted them over months to get it resolved over the phone and email All I got is they will look into it and get back to me in the next 24-hours Then a week go back and they would email me to tell me to call customer service After calling customer services, they would call me and tell me they look into it The cycle just keep repeating Now the balance

I purchased an XPS Dell laptop less than a year ago The laptop is still under warranty and the keyboard and trackpad ceased working I contacted Dell Customer Service and went through multiple days with their agents troubleshooting the problem until they agreed to provide shipping to their Houston repair facility on 7/DELL received the unit on 7/Their technician determined that the motherboard was bad and I was told the part was out of stock until 7/ Dell provided an update on 7/that the parts had been received and the laptop was in repair On 8/I contacted Dell to see what the status was and was told the part was not in stock followed by an email that stated the part was not available and they were shipping the laptop back to me unrepaired That didn't make sense to me so I contacted them again on 8/and was told I would be contacted by someone in their Dispatch Team to discuss the details of sending me a replacement (refurbished) laptop of the same model and

I have less than days or so on my warranty I made a claim for computer repair A tech came to my house and told me I would need to send it in I sent it in for repair and now Dell is saying that it's not covered and that I'm out of warranty I've had multiple calls with Dell and have been told by some it's out of warranty and by some that it's in warranty The communication is horrible The last time I called Dell to report the problems I was having they transferred me from one department to another over and over I was transferred to out of warranty, then transferred to in warranty premium support, then back to out of warranty The only thing wrong (i thought) with my computer was either a bad battery or charger The Dell tech came to replace the old battery with the new one and the computer wouldn't even shut on after that At least I could power it up before! So she left it in worse shape than it was and told me I'd have to send it in to Dell and that it was covered

I just wanted to statemail that theIran customer service and refund policy is completely ridiculousAfter receiving damaged but working product they refused to give me a partial refundThey required me to change my plans so that I could ship back the productAfter dealing with different representatives and spending several hours of my time I was told I would receive a refund after they confirmed the returned shipmentAnd then was told it would take a month and a half to get my refundThis is ridiculousIt should not take that long especially because half the payment way an email gift cardTheir customer service was rude and unhelpfulI will never be doing business with them againI would like them the give me my money back immediatelyIn another purchase I bought a new tv from them which was faultyLuckily I'm dealing with vizio on that and that is going much better

I purchased a small laptop during Black Friday sales, a Dell Inspiron seriesI received an email confirming that my purchase was madeTwo days later I received an email that said that there was something wrong with my paymentAfter reviewing all information, I realized that the billing address on my card was incorrectI called the following day, and spoke with different people, two of which were managers and was told that I could only call on Monday because the department I needed was closed, even though the hours were during the hours I am at workI called Monday, and spent a total of three hours on hold, only to be told that due to high call volume, they were closing that departmentOn Tuesday, I called and spent two hours on hold, while simultaneously waiting hours in the chat systemI was unable to be connected with anyoneOn Wednesday, since I was at work and couldn't spend time on hold, I waited in the chat system from 11:am until 4:pm, my session was en

Dell tried to fix my laptop six times (two on site, two mail ins, two phone service) and on the sixth time, the technician left my home stating he was seeing errors he's never seen before and he could not fix itSo the computer was totally dead, and rather than replace it, Dell informs me that I had to mail it in, yet again, in order for them to fix their mistakes
This made me very unhappy because each time I mailed it in they would take weeks or nearly a month for each try and then send it back not only having never fixed the original problem, but with the added bonus of new onesThis despite the fact that they told me each time that it will only take five to seven days
I finally asked Dell at what point will they accept that the computer is a lemon and replace it? How many repair attempts are too many? Is months without a usable computer considered normal? Dell's response was that they would continue their attempts to fix the computer as many times as they want, take as long as they want, and no replacement or refund would ever be given
I brought up the fact to a representative of the Dell Advanced Resolution Group, that The California Lemon Law, part of The Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, applies to all consumer products, and that The Lemon Law makes allowances for the manufacturer to repair the product, or if that fails, to refund the money or give the purchaser a replacement The rep actually laughed and told me that the only law that he cares about is the Dell warranty and that they have the ultimate and final say on whether something gets repaired or replacedHe further stated that he has dealt with hundreds of complaints, some stating they would seek an attorney, but in the end it didn't matter, Dell can do whatever they want to do
They wanted to take a 7th crack at fixing my computer, but I gave up The stress was too much

Computer purchased 12/16/
I have had major hardware failures on my XPSlaptop (motherboard, processor/motherboard and display panel.)
Dell said the part was back ordered so I had to wait a week Then a week goes by and they make an appointment No one shows up on the appointment date I call again and its on back order another week
I decided to contact Dell through Facebook because they wasted my entire day I was again told the part was on back order They wasted my entire day waiting for tech to arrive at my office They did not bother to send me a single notification of any delay
I called and after minutes of being bounced around to various people, I was able to speak with someone who was willing to help me The truth is, that person escalated this issue but nothing happened I must have spoken with 15+ different people on one phone call
Finally I got connected to a customer service manager I demanded that they give me a refund The custo

I purchased a dell product in March of months later the computer started overheatingThey sent a tech to my home to fix it but it was not fixableDell sent me a replacement computer which I appreciated but yet months later again the exact same model started heating up fan was very loud , and now it wont even turn onI contacted them and they told me I had to have it repaired at my own costSo i'm thinking to myself a month old computer is overheating with exact symptoms of the first one I had and they wont fix itI also found out that they have discontinued this particular product because they knew there was major issues with themSo I told them nicely either fix it for me or I will stop payment , they refused so I followed throughI am not paying for a month old computer that wont turn on and Dell wont fix

This is my second complaint filed against the company After a year of battling with them to teplace a defective computer, they finally replaced itI initially called them when I received it because it did not include Microsft office products like the original computer purchased I have been trying to get a product key from them with no luck Secondly, one of my keys fell off on the keyboard at the beginning of January I have called every week since then and have been on hold at least minutes each time All the do is trabsfer me from department to department Then when they promise to look into it and call me back they never do I even have emails from them promising someone will call Here is a log from just this month:
1) 2-10-16: on hold minutesRep, "Submarian" #*** said *** *** *** would call back (I have exchanged emails with him)
