I placed an order with Dell online on 10/16/ The order arrived promptly on 10/19/from FedEx There was no damage to the box; it was in "as new" condition Upon opening the box I found no issue with the packaging; everything seemed in order When I removed the laptop from the protective bag I notice the laptop was curved in an odd manner, but thought it might just be part of a new design However, when I opened the laptop I found that the entire unit was bent as though placed between two bricks and stepped upon This unit was place in the box like this I have photographed the packaging as documentation I directly called Dell support and had a genuinely good conversation with the service repto complete a Service RequestThe service rep assured me that the factory would be able to quickly replace this with a similar or better unit and it should only take hours or so This service request was completed on 10/19/at 10:am Since then I have received no furt

I purchased a top of the line computer from Alienware/Dell computers, I had my product less the 7months and it faild to start one day, I called Support and they told me I had to ship my comupter to themEven though my computer came with 1year onsite/in home repair

Back in November, I bought a new TV from Dell and I found that the TV has dead pixelI called Dell to return the TV and after being on hold for hours, I was told I could not return the TV and If I did, there would be a restocking fee of 20%After talking to many customer service representatives, I was told that they would issue a refund ($64.00) to my Dell credit card in business days to compensate me for the defective TV (I did not think that was much)I t has been months and I have not seen the refundI have talked, chatted, and emailed customer service numerous time with no resolution

Since January 8, I have been engaging with Dell for warranty repair of my Dell computer It has a video problem that they have yet to figure out and repair I have over emails, phone calls, of my own hours and over a week of time where I sent my computer to Dell warranty repair only to have it come back with the same issue For the last week Dell representatives have told me they will get back to me with an email after promising me that I would hear something within hours from their "highest level or technicians" only to wait a week and via email be told to not contact them they will contact me when they (Dell) has an update Meanwhile I am without a repaired computer...and on extended warranty And to top that I have received phone calls this week to follow up with me on how the repairs to my fully functioning computer are performing from other Dell associates

Here is the timeline and events that have occurred since I bought Inspiron laptops for my son and daughter for ChristmasMy daughter’s laptop has been losing power/resetting on a weekly basis (among other problems) and it took me 20+ calls and 25+ hours of effort to get an unsatisfactory resolution to the problem
