Dell sent me a defective laptop which Technical Support was unable to fixAfter the replacement unit Dell sent also failed to function properly, I sent both laptops back to the company via the shipping labels provided by DellI was told my refund would be processed and credited to back to me within 15-daysIt has been over two months and no refund/creditContacted Customer Support regarding this matter three times, and no one has contacted me, and Dell still has not refunded my money
