I recently tried to purchase a tv from Dell last week, a inch Sony x930e, for with an attached coupon that went with the purchase as a promotionThe purchase was placed on hold multiple times as the transaction was flagged by my bank as a fraudulent purchaseI contacted both ends, Dell and Chase, multiple times, to try and get this transaction to go through before the promotion endedHowever, this was unable to be accomplishedI was hoping the transaction was still on hold over the weekend, but whomever I spoke to last had cancelled the transaction, as I was hoping it would be on hold and I could resume at the beginning of the week which was sadly not the caseI left the situation at that and was prepared to continue to research tvs and purchase one at a later dateHowever, Dell emailed me early the following week, AFTER the promotion had ended, to try to re-solicit my business and to purchase the tv once againAfter speaking with an em

• On 12/I called and used their chat customer service and was promised that I would have the card anytime and to wait a few more days
• On 12/I called again and was told that I would get the gift card within days At which point I asked for a rain check on another item that was on sale with them because I would have purchased it from them with the gift card I was told I would get a call back from a Manager within hours, I never got a call back
• On 12/I chatted with customer service again and was told that my gift card would be to me within 5-business days which would put it to me at worst 1/6/ I informed them that I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com if my issue was not resolved today They had a Manager call me and

I purchased a Dell Inspiron laptop 10/30/It had operation problems from its first delivery, and had to be repaired twiceAfter it was repaired, I then had an issue with the laptop's right screen side hingeThere was a clicking noise when opening and closing

On May 19th 2015, I ordered a manufacturer-refurbished Dell Inspiron ilaptop from *** The product was under warranty until March On August 15th 2015, I contacted Dell Technical Support concerning a problem that had been occurring for a couple weeks prior; Multiple series of "ghost taps" (a touchscreen malfunction where the touchscreen mistakenly registers the tap of a finger without any physical trigger or contact) were appearing in a straight vertical line on my screen, rendering touchscreen functionality unusable On September 19th, after complications transferring my warranty, I shipped my laptop to a Dell service center for repair The service center replaced the screen and shipped the laptop back to me
