Thank you bringing this to our attention We appreciate the opportunity to respond to and resolve this matter.Mr***'s coverage for his Chevy Malibu with CarShield is paid in full as of December, CarShield has not been calling the ***'s to collect money We have
nothing to do with the Drivers Bureau and would not send any of our customer's information to anyone else We contacted OMNISURE to see if the ***'s had a second account with them Omnisure stated that Mr*** had another contract serviced by them that had been cancelled Mr*** would need to contact the seller of the contract he has cancelled to inquire about his refund from that company Omnisure stated that they have given Mr*** the seller's contact information for the contract he has cancelled several timesMr*** can contact Omnisure customer service again if he has lost that information. Mr***'s cancelled contract is with another company, not CarShield He would need to contact the other company regarding his refund for his cancelled account.Just to clarify, Mr***'s contract with CarShield is active and paid in full, as he requested CarShield is not calling Mr*** regarding any monies owed, as he is paid in full
Thank you for bringing this to our attention We appreciate the opportunity to respond to and resolve this complaint.We spoke to Mr*** on July 14, regarding the coverage he had purchased on his Mercury Villager Due to mileage discrepancies and inaccuracies on CarFax,
there was no way for American Auto Shield to verify correct mileage on the Villager American Auto Shield, the administrator of Mr***'s service contract, voided the contract and Mr*** was issued a full refund of the monies he had paid in This was explained to Mr*** during the call and he said he understood Again, he has been refunded in full for this contract.Regarding the contract on his Oldsmobile, I have the following information from American Auto Shield, the administrator of his contract A claim was called in on August 28, The vehicle had a blown head gasket and needed the radiator replaced The vehicle had overheated and had smoke coming out from under the hood Mr*** stated that he had the radiator replaced only or months prior The contract Mr*** purchased does not cover overheat damage If the head gasket was damaged due to a default in the radiator that caused the vehicle to overheat; Mr*** would need to get in touch with the repair facility that performed the work on the radiator, regarding responsibility for the damage.At this time, the coverage on Mr*** Oldsmobile is still active

contract, has full authority over claims procedures, approvals and denials We contacted *** *** *** regarding this repair claim and found that this claim was still pending an independent inspection when Mr*** chose to cancel his service contract As stated in his contract, The Administrator reserves the right to inspect your vehicle prior to issuing any authorization to the repair facility As Mr*** had previously requested cancellation of his service contract, his contract has been cancelled We have waived the cancellation fee of $for Mr*** His total prorated refund comes to We have already credited Mr***'s credit card back in the amount of and he will be receiving the remainder of his refund, $259.72, by check mailed to the address listed in this complaint This refund check will be mailed out on July 31, 2017, so Mr*** should be receiving it in about 5-business days
If Ms*** has any complaint regarding her claim or a dispute with the denial of a claim; she would need to direct that toward Interstate National Dealer Services They are the administrator and provider of her service contract and they handle all claims procedures, approvals and
