Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
In my opinion, this is the worst furniture company to do business with. Even after me returning this same table style back, one time prior. Even after me disclosing, I am a disabled person, I am still presented with, they will replace the table, but I am responsible for the delivery charge. Either pay for the full delivery charge, or pay half to get the new table left at the curb?!! How unkind is that. I would advise any consumer that is reading my comment, Please if you can do better, purchase from another establishment. This here is a company that does not honor customer service. When you walk in, they have popcorn, free coffee and soda. Right there, it should lift a red flag for you. The only reason I went into their establishment in the beginning was that I was new to the Washington area. I assumed they were a good store, because of the sales ads they put out. Therefore I purchased my furniture from them. I paid this company nearly $3000 cash. This will never happen again. They sell cheaply made furniture for higher than average prices. This table that I'm having trouble with, shortly after it was delivered to me in the fall of 2016, I noticed that there was a hole in the table top. Someone had used a black permanent marker to hide the hole. I called, and promptly they replaced the table. Now here it is again, the same thing has happened. The design on the table top is peeling apart. This company's offer is no offer at all. They will replace it, but I have to pay the delivery. Again, they will never get another cent from me. I will just consider this to be a loss. I will donate my table and chairs to a shelter, for someone that needs it. Someone that wouldn't mind the chipping of the table top. I will go to another establishment and purchase a replacement. It was never about the money, it was about the principle of it. I really hope that the Revdex.com will not accept this company's offer as a resolution that I've decided not to accept. I should not have to accept this offer. The table itself only cost me $199 I believe. Then if I have to pay $100 for delivery, it essence its as if I've purchased the table myself. Therefore, no thank you.
Regards,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[On May 11, 2017, I picked out, opened a credit account and placed an order for the sofa that was to be delivered in approximately 6 weeks. I was told that I would not be billed or charged until the sofa was delivered. The sofa was delivered on July 5, 2017 at that time I was contacted by [redacted] credit in regards to my recent purchase and new billing information. In my mind, that is when the purchase took place. If I had purchased the sofa back in May, which I didn't, I would've been billed and required to start making payments in June. That did not happen, my payments started in August after the delivery in July. If I had not accepted the delivery in July, I would've never been billed for the sofa and a purchase would not have happened. This is their policy and procedure and I really don't understand why I'm having to explain and defend myself against their policy. They know how their process works. So, If i'm some how misunderstanding this, please advise me as to how? Please show me proof of purchase from May. I have attached a copy of my sales receipt showing the date of delivery, purchase and communications with them in regards to the delivery and phone calls to me. Yes, I did call the store on July 24, 2017 in regards to a sale price on the sofa that I had just received 3 weeks prior. If the sofa had went on sale prior to me receiving it in July, I would've attempted to renegotiate the price based on the sale price and if I had not gotten it, I would've cancelled the delivery of the sofa, therefore never being charged.]

I wanted to reply to that company, I understand the confidentiality of the person involved, But my car just went in yesterday and this whole situation has been nothing but mental and physical stress, I keep pretty much getting nowhere. the guy they sent to my house was not educated enough and I know his job is to under estimate my car damage and he sent a check for less than half of what the original estimate was without my knowledge or consent, I will see how it plays out. please forward this to the companymrs desmith

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The fact remains that a car that I had done extensive work on, had driven for 17 years and was ready to drive with pleasure for another 17 years was taken from me. If I had my way, they would replace my car with the same model and quality. Of course that cannot be, but I do not feel that I should be the one to take the loss, since none of this was of my doing. The response by the company was inadequate, the offer was inadequate and I am disgusted that they are hiding behind MY privacy!

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.this is incorrect. The sales rep did check my credit, he repeatedly stated that there was I -house financing and walked me they the showroom directly to the [redacted] finance desk. I wasn't given any other option. This was after a lengthy conversation where I explained to the sales rep that I didn't want to have a huge bill. Now I have huge debt that's really a rent to own lease not the traditional purchase financing I had asked for.Regards,[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I'm waiting to see if the charge is reversed and if so we will be some what happy, however we will not return to this store and we will also caution family and friends against shopping there because it should have been a simple fix without all of the added headache. Also I'm not sure who [redacted] is.
