I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I would like to state the correct actions that were finally taken. First, we did select a new sofa, but it was not at a discounted price, as a matter of fact we ended up paying more for it. They refunded my full purchase price as a down payment on my new set. I was told by [redacted] from Mor furniture that we would get free delivery, but the store manager refused to comply with this and we had to pay the delivery charge. Second, $50.24 was a refund to me for the service charge on the repair order that I had paid, and they never got the part to do the repair, this I was entitled to as they did not fulfill their part of the service agreement, this was not a gift from them. Third, I had been told in April that they would give me a $100 off coupon on any item that I purchased ,so that amount was taken off after I had made the purchase and again called them to remind them of that. So nothing was given to me without a struggle to get it and it came down to just a coupon on their part. We are satisfied with what has been done ,but wanted the truth to be known about what really happened, they made it sound like they gave us the world and were happy to do it, but that is not the real truth.
Regards,
[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Here's a copy of the email response I received: Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the inquiry you filed with the Wisconsin Revdex.com. Your inquiry stems from dissatisfaction with Sentry’s handling of the claim arising out of an accident that occurred on October 28, 2017 in which your 2015 Nissan Sentra was damaged. On October 28th, you reported to our company that Ever Ventura [redacted] operating a 2004 Dodge pickup rear ended you while you were driving your 2015 Nissan Sentra. The claim was assigned to [redacted] for investigation and handling. On October 30th, Ms. [redacted] contacted Mr. [redacted] and secured his version of the accident. Ms. [redacted] also attempted to contact you that day and left a message for a return phone call. October 31st, you spoke with Ms. [redacted] and declined to utilize the photo self-inspect process to expedite the damages evaluation on your vehicle. Ms. [redacted] assigned Onsource to make contact with you to arrange a time for photos to be taken of the damages to your vehicle. When you declined to answer their calls or return voicemails, Ms. [redacted] assigned Independent Appraisal Services to arrange inspection of the damages to your vehicle. At your request, they were advised to contact you by email to arrange the inspection. On the morning of Friday November 3rd, [redacted] of Insurance Appraisal Services emailed you to schedule an inspection of your vehicle. When she did not receive a response, she emailed you again on November 6th to try to schedule an appointment for inspection of your vehicle. Sentry Insurance is working to resolve your pending claim within the mode of contact parameters you have requested. To expedite the resolution of your claim, I would ask that you cooperate with Insurance Appraisal Services by responding to their emails so your vehicle may be inspected. If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact [redacted], the adjuster assigned to handle your claim. [redacted] can be reached at 800-334-0090 x8607277. Sincerely, Dan Lau Claims Director Sentry Insurance a Mutual Company [redacted]I appreciate your insight however misguided it may be. I received one voicemail on October 31st and that was the only inbound call I received until November 3rd, after I had filed a claim with the Revdex.com. After missing the call on the 31st I contacted Ms. [redacted] and left a voice mail asking for a call back which I didn't receive and took it upon myself to reach out to her and once again advise of her of the situation. I was then told an appointment would be made and that was it. From that point on I didn't decline any calls, messages, texts of any kind. I received no notification from anyone in regards to scheduling an appointment. Only that I would be contacted to do so, which didn't happen, which is why I called not only sentry but my own insurance. Upon receiving notification from them that you weren't returning their calls I once again contacted Ms. [redacted] advising her I've been attempting to schedule an appointment for days to which I was advised that approximately November 2nd was the first time she had contacted me. Obviously frustrated I then filed a claim and shortly after I began to receive correspondence regarding an appointment as well as scheduling information. I've responded to both of those emails as I received them as well as the phone call. Below is an email from Ms. [redacted] acknowledging on November 3rd that not only did she understand I was failing to receive any calls or emails by that time but that she would reach out via email to your company to ask you to contact me. Subject: [redacted]In response to my previous email, since Onsource is refusing to contact you via email, I am unassigning them and reassigning an independent appraiser instead to do your inspection. The new appraiser information is as follows:Independent Appraisers Southwestern Region, Inc. 877-424-1001They are already assigned and I am giving them a call now to let them know that they need to contact you via email immediately to set up the inspection. I apologize for the trouble you have faced with Onsource thus far. I did double check my email and found no correspondence. Had I received that email the morning of November 3rd as you had said then I'm perplexed as to why your associate would be communicating with me that evening regarding the same issue. As I had stated, I am now receiving notifications and have since scheduled an appointment. My recommendation would be to continue to communicate via the Revdex.com until the issue is resolved as it appears there's a lapse in communication between yourself and your associates.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
My original complaint was in regards to an accident that happened on Dec 23rd 2015. In which the driver who pulled out in front of me, causing my car to roll over into an embankment. My car was a total loss, and I was rushed to the hospital. I now have medical bills, and am without a car. Dairyland Auto is the insurance company the gentlemen that caused the accident is insured by. However they have been dragging their feet this whole process. They have yet to pay ANY of my medical bills which total around 10,000 and the hospital at which I was treated at already has a lien out for payment for me. The insurance company keeps saying they need more documents, and that is why they cant pay my bills, which is a lie because I had the hospital, and ambulance bill them directly. I have been responsive with all paperwork that has been sent to me. The accident happened over two months ago, there is no reason why my medical bills shouldnt be paid. They are also offering me 1,000 in pain and suffering which I believe I am entitled to closer to 5,000. Due to the fact they still have yet to pay out on my vehicle, and they never payed out for a rental car. I have been getting rides to and from work. Not to mention getting rides to the grocery store for food, and any other errands I need to run. I have been having to pay for gas for many of the rides I have been getting. My phone also broke due to the accident, which I have pictures of & I was forced to spend money I didnt have on a phone because I need that for work. The list goes on and on. The insurance company hasent given me a dime to compensate for the loss due to this accident. I have been calling the rep dealing with this case just about every 3 days, I have spend my time trying to get the ball rolling on this and the insurance company keeps coming up with excuses as to why they arent able to proceed. Usually when I call I am sent to voicemail and have to leave a message, and the insurance company has only called me ONCE during these three months regarding this case, and I have phone records of this. I have sent numerous emails without any responses, and again I have saved all communication with the insurance company. They haven't paid me out on my car because, they are waiting on an estimate for property damage. The lady from the insurance company said they sent someone out to get an estimate 3 weeks ago, and I have email proof of this. It doesnt take three weeks to get an estimate on property damage.

Thank you for the response from MORs. I am sorry to be repetitious by stating that this business is unethical and does not honor their commitments, promises and added warrantees. As I reported, I was promised when I purchased my furniture that MORs definitely goes to [redacted] and my address, which they had in all their paper work.
In fact, that is why I was talked into purchasing an additional five year warranty on my furniture. Even when I called to report the damage, they scheduled a repair and/or replacement, but never showed up. This happened several times before they said I would have to return the furniture myself; which was extremely upsetting as I had to hire a truck and driver to deliver it and then for me to hire another truck and driver to return it (when I was promised I was covered in all ways), pay the cost for that and then to have a new one delivered again ~
I would be paying more than the furniture cost! I am a retired, single woman and purposely took all necessary steps to assure that the furniture could be replaced or repaired if needed – and I have all the documents showing the commitments and warrantees; which is why the bank and mediator ruled MORs was in the wrong in the dispute and credited me back the cost of the sofa.
However, to add to this nightmare,a year later – without any notice, I was called by a collection agency and told I needed to pay the cost of the furniture, plus fees and interest, immediately or my credit would be ruined. I was horrified as I was not aware that this was still an issue after the bank settled the dispute! I was left with an unusable sofa and had to live with it... then to find out about the collection agency without any notice or warning, was lacking all principles and morals. Since I am retired and on my own, I cannot in any way allow my credit ruined so under total duress, I paid MORs for a damaged furniture!!! This has been an awful experience and I hope others will not have to suffer like me; so, hopefully my report will help others.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The letter they sent me stated exactly the same thing they did, which was to give me the amount the client is solely responsible to pay. But since they refuse to acknowledge the obvious point about the amount, the amount which was credited to your client during the trial. I had talked to the judge to explain the complication the insurance company is creating due to the amount stated and she then issued a new judgment which reflects the damages alone.I would like the insurance company to follow the same logic they had earlier and pay me the $6938.00 the judge ordered before I release the company and their client from this matter.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The whole point of my objection is that I started out with an excellent car which suited my needs and in addition, was fun to drive. I could work on the car, keep it in good running order, while slowly restoring it to "Like New" running condition. I will acknowledge that Sentry Insurance has gone by the rules. My point is that the rules are unfair to those whose cars are high mileage, but in excellent mechanical condition. Every time I bring this up, they point out that the headliner was bad. I don't care about the headliner, which was pinned up with stainless steel tee pins and was not a problem. The care ran as close to like-new that you could get and the paint and bodywork were in great shape. Why would anyone think that I would be perfectly happy with a pittance when I was loosing an excellent and rare car?
