I called to resolve an issue with my bill pay. I had a terrible experience with Rose (ID: GCX436). She repeatedly disregarded my opinion when I expressed my issues with responses like, "well that's just common sense." When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she tried to convince me that she didn't have a supervisor and attempted to redirect the conversation back to the payment asking me if I wanted a refund. No matter how many times I answered, yes I want a refund, and asked for her manager/supervisor's name and contact information she tried everything she could to avoid providing me with the information I requested by telling me that she had to look up their information, repeatedly agreeing to provide the information without providing any relevant name or contact information, eventually giving me a 1-888 number which would direct me to another call center and force me to start from all over again, then trying to tell me that her manager's contact information is unavailable after agreeing to provide the information multiple times. I asked specifically for her manager's name and their office phone number or email address, she refused saying that their personal phone number is unavailable. I explained to her that I dis not ask for their personal phone number and that I am simply requesting their office phone number or email, but she again tried to change the subject and asked me the same question that I already answered, if I wanted a refund, and eventually began accusing me of going back and forth saying that she wasn't trying to argue with me. I asked her not to change my words, to which she bluntly denied in an argumentative manner, and threatened to put me on hold saying, "I have other customers to assist, so you can go on and keep talking about your day but I am going to put you on hold now." I waited for about ten minutes and ended the call to find the information that Rose had failed to, and ultimately refused to, provide me. I have never felt more neglected as a customer and I wouldn't spend this much time and effort to report this incident, but this needs to be addressed because I am strongly considering changing services if I don't receive a proper response from the company in regards to my confrontation with Rose today.

So you are basically telling me that my initial claim from Feb 2014 to now that I have to wait another 18 months before you will even honor my benefit. I HAVE WORKED A TOTAL Of 8 hours since February 2014. I keep writing , I call and I have filed disputes with all three credit bureaus. When I call you just transfer me. I was on the phone almost three hours tonight with Capital One. I was transferred to 8 different people with no resolution with the only response being we will have someone call you back in 24 to 48 hours. DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND how frustrating this is. Do you need to be deceased for the benefit to work?

Refusing to honor a 12 month 0% interest rate. Immediately started charging interest after 10 months.

I'm not happy with the answer I received. They STILL haven't told me why its almost $400, at the time just being 2 days past due. My husband wasn't happy, neither was I. We were both in shock and REFUSE TO PAY THAT AMOUNT. IF THEY CAN GIVE US AN ANSWER WHY THE PAYMENT WAS THAT HIGH, THAT'S GREAT. IF NOT, WE'RE CONFUSED AND DEMAND ANSWERS.

Unfortunately there was no "offer' rendered. Capital One refuses to accomodate me by helping me out with my financial crisis by lowering the astronomical interest rate. If I could really afford A $570 monthly note I wouldve purchased a high end luxury vehicle. Having said that, I am leting go and allowing God to step in. There is a demise for such greed. Capital One will succumb just like many other unjust and greedy financial institutions throughout American and global history. Thanks to Revdex.com for your efforts. Capital One fails to accept that I did not get the room that I was promised. The Hotel staff and [redacted] did NOT provide me with any assistance when I needed. A room was available 4 HOURS after the time I scheduled. Most importantly, IT WAS NOT THE ROOM THAT WAS RESERVED. I provided Capital One with the emailed confirmation that CLEARLY stated my room was to be a deluxe junior suite with an ocean view. I did not get said room. I was fortunate enough to find family, to use their room to prepare for the wedding. Furthermore, I refuse to pay for something I did not receive. I cannot believe Capital One supports the deceptive practices of [redacted]. By offering me vouchers, the company assumes I want to fly to Mexico and patron their resort again. The Hotel made too many mistakes for me to visit again. I would be foolish to make arrangements with such an establishment. I will never plan travels with [redacted] again either. Capital One claims they need proof of cancellation. My statement to Capital One has continuously been that my room was given away prior to my arrival. The hotel cancelled my room! I do not understand how "executives" cannot comprehend that; the cancellation was at the hand of the hotel. Capital One has known this from the beginning of my complaint. When I was in Mexico, the Hotel and [redacted] continued to blame each other. Now that I am safely in the United States, I am reversing the charges through my credit card company. The company that supposedly guaranteed "no hassle disputes." The time to offer any voucher, was at the time of incident. I cannot risk flying to the same hotel. I demand Capital One pull the $688 from [redacted] as the company breached the initial contract that was made. By siding with the company that did not provide what they claimed they would, Capital One supports deceptive practices.

The reason they stated in closing my account were described in the letter they sent me originally "?? Principal owner(s) have past, present or pending legal action." I have presented them with a Certificate of Relief from all disabilities from the courts and yet capital one states they made a business decision based on business concerns, mind you I have never had any issues with any of my accounts. They state they won't reverse their decision because they had concerns based on my past, present or pending legal action, which i received a relief from all disabilities from those "concerns" they are stating. It makes no sense to me, and I do not accept the response that they provided. It isn't fair, they are causing my credit report to go down because they closed my accounts for no valid reasons. I have attached the Certificate Of Relief once again.
