I do not accept this. We were told by the customer service rep that the payment agreement would stop any repossession as long as we kept our side of the agreement. They are the ones that cancelled...

I absolutely do not accept the offer made by the business to resolve this complaint. This complaint hasn't been resolved as you read their statement hasn't even had an offer on their behalf to the consumer. They haven't even stated a legitamate reason for their decision making process to you or the consumer. They haven't even taken any consideration that I previously had an account with their company years ago and did very well in paying off their credit card in the late 1990's before I payed and close this account. Then, Capital One hasn't even stated how much longer are they going to keep those negatives on my credit report. Capital One has some ridiculous policy which is "They don't remove negatives" at least give the consumer a break especially if they did finally payed off and closed both accounts years ago. What kind of business is this, nothing sounds right at all.

Our record shows a secured deposit of $[redacted] was received. Because the full amount required was not received, the application was declined. On January 11, 2016, your secured deposit of $[redacted] was refunded and a check was mailed to you. work around technical solution that has resolved the technical issue from my end. I would like to add that at all times every representative I have spoken too has been incredibly friendly and helpful within their own scope of responsibility. To that I can't fault. It's a shame that follow up from numerous communications however was not forthcoming (when I was advised it would be) with out me having to file the initial complaint with the Revdex.com. Albeit it an unreasonable time frame for a resolution, it is a resolution none the less, so thank you! Regards,[redacted]

I already realize the rules governing credit reporting, I have worked vigorously for the past two years to get my credit score where it is now. I also realize that if Capitol One sends me an offer in the mail and it states that it is an offer, then I take that as they have already looked at my credit report...soft inquiry, and then made the decision to send me a prequalified offer. I Certainly do not want to do business with Capitol One after this incident.

Capital one was supposed to manually review my request for a reasonable credit line increase but never followed up on they gave me an insulting 200 dollar increase on the one card. Im tired of having low limits on my car it affects my credit when I charge a few hundred dollars a month but by doing this because my limits are so low it jumps my utilization beyond 30 percent. They never contacted me or sent me any letter for there reasoning behind this minisucle limit increase I have made my payments on time and more than the minimum amount. If capital one does not increase the limits on my card I will pursue this matter either through a state agency or through a legal process. I want to use my quick silver car for the rewards but its hard to when the limit was so low capital one needs to respond to this complaint and if they do need to speak to me it needs to be don't via email only Modification/discontinuance of an advertised claimselectDesired Outcome: I wat to have credit limits of $1000.00 on each card

As usual, Capital One 360 has continued to find other ways to waste everyone's time than to solve the problem. In this instance, the decided to close my accounts instead of solving the problem. As to their statement of me using "Abusive behavior", I would like to remind them that they earned whatever response they got from me as a result of their Abusive behavior. As it turns out, I wasn't kidding, or lying, when I told them I would not tolerate bullying, harassment, or other negative forms of behavior.They are correct in saying they are not allowed to contact me directly outside of legally required communications without my consent. As a result of their poor actions, choice, and decisions, I have been forced to hire an attorney to handle the few remaining open issues that Capital One 360 created, and refuse to resolve in a mature manner.

I am gonna keep it short and to the point . I made arraignments with capital one with a vary large sum of money payment and told my card would be reinstated and called to let them know the date I made arraignments for couldn't be met BUT I could still make the payment 5 days later yes 5 days later NOT 5 months LATER, was told I had a 5 day grace period and it would be fine. SO I make the payment on the 10th as I said I would called to ask why the restriction was still there , just to basically be informed senior manger Brittney out of the Virginia office denied the restriction and I would have to wait for another offer From capital one to see if I could get my card back.So with this being said I explained everything to the rep Danette who was very understanding and compassionate to the situation and tried all that she could do to help, so thank you Danette as a rep for Capital one you should be appreciated . As for the manager who wouldn't even consider it and im sure capital one much rather keep a customer to pay there bills than NOT, so if any one from capital one reads there and reaches out I would love to take care of my bill and be treated like valued customer as was I wasn't treated by BRITTNEY from Virginia. Capital I did not keep their initial promise to the upgrade. Instead, they kept me on a service that charges an annual fee without advising otherwise.2. The answer provided was not just unacceptable, but a direct violation of my constitutional rights and my consumer protection rights. This is not enough I am furious with your service I explained on numerous times that an old employee of my gained access to my account no way for me to call chase if that was an old employee that I no longer have contact with account I also tried on numerous times to pay account off and your representatives refused to except my payments at this point balance has to be written off or I will have to seek legal action.
