variable and prime rate fluctuation from 0% to 19.15% with periods of a lowered interest. A representative informed me of the option to apply for a Capital One card to see if I qualify for a low interest apr which I didn't think to do. I value good customer service, listening ears and problem solvers. The last two csr representatives of Capial One I spoke were helpful and knowledgeable. I will keep the proprietary information in mind when I choose to seek other services from Capital One.

However, afterreceiving your payment of $25.00 on June 20, 2014, we received no additional payments forfour consecutive billing cycles. This caused the account to be permanently restricted, and onDecember 23, 2014, the security deposit of $300.00 was applied to the balance. This creditappeared on your January 2015 billing statement and brought the statement new balance to$141.36.When no further payments were received, this account charged off on March 19, 2015, with abalance of $146.69. For your review, I have enclosed statement copies from January 2013through March 2015. These statements show the progression of the account balance from thetime it was opened through charge off.Please note that Capital One does not report specific payment amounts to any of the CRAs.Additionally, we are accurately reporting this account to all of the CRAs, including [redacted],as charged off. Capital One, hands down, has the best customer service out of any credit card I have ever had. They are very good. I only have positive experiences with them and they are always willing to help you out when you need it.
I recommend Capital One above any other credit card company out there.

Our records show that your January 2014 billing statement showed a new balance of $724.26, along with a minimum payment for $22.00 that was due by February 25, 2014. I confirmed that payments were not received for your February 2014 through April 2014 billing cycles. An online payment was made on May 30, 2014, for $150.00. The payment was stopped on June 2, 2014, by your bank. Since payments were still not received for the May 2014 through the August 2014 billing cycles, the account charged off due to delinquency on August 29, 2014, with a balance of $954.62. Even though some of their inquiries are legit regarding past 2013 transactions, I still have some doubts about 2014 charges. Because I have heard countless times that several credit companies have overcharged their clients, that is why I am asking you to verify their charge/hidden fees mentioned/not mentioned in my account. Finally, you have to remember that Capital One has not sent me any refunds as far as I can remember within the last 7 years. I will simply ask you to check my up-to-date account for possible refunds and other charges. Thanks in advance. So long!

I received a letter from the Capital One Auto Finance in regards to a complaint I placed with Revdex.com.org. They did not resolve my issue and the fact of the matter stands that I did in fact make arrangements with the company regarding the May 30th payment so it was not late. I had to make arrangements b/c of a mix up on their part. I am asking that this 30 day late payment be taken off my credit report.

The customer states that it was not previously disclosed to him that there would be a cash advance fee associated with an ATM cash withdrawal. I spoke to the customer on September 24, 2014, and advised that the...
cash advance fee is disclosed in the terms and conditions of the account. I explained that I would waive the cash advance fees totaling $30.00 as a one time courtesy and advised that the cash advance fee is 3% or $10.00, whichever is greater. Also, I informed the customer that cash advance transactions are subject to cash advance interest charges, which is a variable rate, currently 21.90%. The customer understood. He was satisfied with the resolution.

The letter I received was pertaining to a bankruptcy, not my actual complaint of how they did not have any payment plans offered to their costumers. The only reason we had to a bankruptcy was because they did not offer any reasonable payment plans this solves nothing.

No is able to tell me if this will be or not be reported for sure. This is outrageous. It MAY be reported is not an answer. This should not be reported because had I received quality customer service the first time I called on the 8th. They would of reviewed my account and offered me an extensions then. Still does not justify why I have to pay any fees for the 4 days it took for your staff to review an account. Had they did the job correctly they would of accepted my offered to pay 1000 the day of the 8th. Instead it took them 4 days to tell me they would accept a little under 700. That extension was not offered to me as curtsey so much as it was the only option or I choose to let to car go. Which I still have every right to do at this point if you end reporting this anyway. So again, my request was to have this not reported, Which you did not confirm at all and to have my fees paid for those 4 days. I want the calls pulled and the multiple recorded conversations reviewed. I want copies now if I may as well. If I have to pay a fee fine. I even had one conversation and no one wanted to tell me what I was owned if they didn't finish their script. That's how I ended up in the presidents office because I threaten legal action if no one wants to tell me how much I owe. No extension was every offered at that time on the 8th and it is absolutely unreasonable that I was forced to wait 4 days because at the time $1000 wasn't good enough to pay Capital one, they asked for 1600, I refused, and had to wait 4 days for you all to come back and tell me $700. Which makes no sense!!! Nope. This offer is declined.
