You state this is an error caused by Kohl’s, and request that the interest charge on your account be refunded.As a courtesy to you, we have credited $1.28 in interest charges as requested. I’m sorry for the frustration that you may have experienced regarding this matter, and I would like to share my findings with you. Our records indicate that the account was opened on March 30, 2012, after we received an online application. Your name, date of birth, and Social Security number matches the information listed for you with the Consumer Reporting Agencies. The account was established with the mailing address of [redacted], and an email address of [redacted]. This information was been validated to you through public records. We mailed statements and other notices to this address and have no record of having received any returned mail through the U.S. Postal Service. I have enclosed copies of your April 2012 through November 2012 billing statements for your review. The credit card was mailed to the address in our system of record. We show that the card was received and activated on April 5, 2012, and the Personal Identification Number (PIN) was changed. That same day a cash advance for $100.00 was made at the Ladysmith Citgo Automated Teller Machine (ATM). On May 3, 2012, we received a phone call from you stating the first billing statement had been received, but the credit card had not arrived. We advised that we need verification documents, you had the option to take them to a local Capital One branch, or the documents could be faxed. You requested that we finish the conversation with your boyfriend and we advised him the same information. The address was changed on the October 2012 statement to [redacted], [redacted], and this address was also validated to you through public records. The account charged off due to delinquency on November 28, 2012, with a balance of $606.78, and was sold to [redacted] (PRA). When this happened, PRA became the legal owner of the account. For further assistance, please contact PRA directly at 800-772-1413. © 2015 Capital One. Customer service has always been excellent and their fraud protection services are spot on. They immediately contact about any unusual purchased and have saved me from a lot of headaches through their screening process.

I was fraudently charged $475 from [redacted]. Capital One approved the charges because I gave a copy of my id during the reservation. I tried to resolve it and thought cap one would assist to protect me from fraud. To the contrary, they backed [redacted] AND ADDED THE CHARGES. I have been a member 7 years and my experience with the fraud department has me filling violated like [redacted] fraud charges. No one helps and it is only low level escalations who can't do anything. If this is not resolved, I will be forced to make a payment to protect my credit.

Customer reached out to Revdex.com by phone on July 21 and stated that the charges had been corrected and that the issue was resolved.

Mr. [redacted] could not open the letter from Capital One regarding the Revdex.com Complaint on 10-26-15, Mr. [redacted] request that Capital one mail the recent letter to his home address.  Please thank you [redacted].  
Capital One gave no valid reason as to why Capital One closed my two credit cards?  Capital One has been very unprofessional throughout this whole process, Capital One has been unreasonable and difficult to deal with.  Capital One is a very unreasonable, suspicious company.  Always thinking a customer is fraudulent for no good valid reason.  Thanks Mr. [redacted],

According to [redacted] website, the company has 15 days (not business days) to respond before being turned over to the [redacted] for further assistance or being found that the company is liable for wrongdoing.  The company has not filed a response with them to date since the complaint was filed on December 18, 2016.  On the [redacted] website, it clearly states that companies have 15 days (not business days) to submit a response to [redacted] and person who filed the initial claim.  In the same manner, the [redacted] also say that the consumer has 60 days to provide feedback to the to [redacted] not the company has 60 days to respond.  See attached screenshot from [redacted] website.  After several attempts to resolve this directly with Capital One, I have gained no resolution but rude and unwillingness to provide adequate customer service.  This issue is been almost a whole year being disputed and nothing has been done on this situation to resolve it.  Capital One also listed the account on my credit reports as "Account closed by consumer," which I never requested to have the account closed.  Capital One also locked me out of my credit card account as to not let access pertinent information that is relevant to this case.  Capital One has refused on multiple occasions to resolve this issue and has caused unnecessary harm and damage.  Whether this is a duplicate complaint with two separate agencies should not matter.  A response is demanded immediately cause it is clear that they are not willing to respond to the [redacted] but took the time to respond to the Revdex.com. I am wanting this issue resolve before going into 2017 with satisfactory resolution.

It's like the company has intentionally hired a lot of is that can't resolve a thing! How can this fraud mess just appear out of thin air? You don't even have an explanation for it. On top of this as a result of the games you have played I won't get my full 9 months of 0% interest. This needs to be altered without anymore excuses. I just activated my card. I'm highly upset and disgusted. You need destroy my personal documents I sent in, as they have sensitive information on them.
