complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Mr. [redacted] could not open the letter from Capital One regarding the Revdex.com Complaint on 10-26-15, Mr. [redacted] request that Capital one mail the recent letter to his home address.  Please thank you [redacted].  Capital One gave no valid reason as to why Capital One closed my two credit cards?  Capital One has been very unprofessional throughout this whole process, Capital One has been unreasonable and difficult to deal with.  Capital One is a very unreasonable, suspicious company.  Always thinking a customer is fraudulent for no good valid reason.  Thanks Mr. [redacted], Capital One never did re-open my two Capital One credit card Capital one gave no valid reason for closing my credit cards.

I should not have to do that, I have stated that YOU should be taking care this and removing from any and ALL promotions. You are the company who has been running my credit, you should be taking care of this not me.

the disputed charge in the amount of $89.95, along with all the fees and Interest Charges that took place. You will see these adjustments on your June 2015 billing statement. On June 9, 2015, we sent a request to the Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs), to remove the past due history reporting for February 2015 through May 2015. For your reference, the control number for this update is [redacted]. Please allow these agencies up to 60 days to update their records. Below is a timeline of what took place on your account with the merchant ([redacted]). ? The merchant billed your account on October 23, 2014, in the amount of $89.95. ? On October 24, 2014, we submitted a Merchant Block Request (copy enclosed). ? On February 5, 2015, you contacted us to advise that you are still receiving products from the merchant, after you cancelled with them on June 13, 2014. We processed the dispute with the merchant and issued a provisional credit. You will see this adjustment on your February 2015 billing statement. ? On March 24, 2015, the merchant has provided a rebuttal to your dispute claim, we rebilled the provisional credit issued and sent you a letter (copy enclosed) requesting for additional information. ? On April 14, 2015, we received your correspondence response to the merchant rebuttal, however; you did not address the additional information needed for us to continue the dispute on your behalf. We sent you a letter (copy enclosed) to advise. After reviewing your account, we have no records of receiving your request to close the account on or around June 2014. Our records indicated the account was never paid off in June 2014. I have enclosed copies of all of the available statements on the account. The enclosed statements will provide you with the progression of your account balance, purchases made, and payments posted. capital one provided no resolution.  The provided documentation but I had changed this option 2 months after the account was opened and have had charges reversed as they were erroneously charged.  I do not accept their response.

An apology does not make up for all the bs and time. It's like the company has intentionally hired a lot of is that can't resolve a thing! How can this fraud mess just appear out of thin air? You don't even have an explanation for it. On top of this as a result of the games you have played I won't get my full 9 months of 0% interest. This needs to be altered without anymore excuses. I just activated my card. I'm highly upset and disgusted. You need destroy my personal documents I sent in, as they have sensitive information on them.

Capital one claims that I sent my response after their required response date (false) this was postmarked within their unreasonable deadline given to me. They also claim my response was incomplete, I provided the merchants own policy for returns and warranty highlighting the exact policies that they did not honor, I also provided dates of phone call and email showing that I made multiple attempts to contact the merchant by email and by phone.

than 5-7 business days and yet I have no check in hand. Tracking information would be helpful if it indeed has been sent out. There has to be some way to verify it has been issued and should be sent in a more timely manner. At this point is has been beyond a reasonable time frame.
