I see you was able to find the papers that I was told was lost that stated it was paid by other means which states on the paper CASH.
2. If you was not going to do that Sea Mist was going to say then why was a 3 way call even done? They said you needed to speak to someone in the accounting dept. Which you never called them.
3. After I opened this up with the Revdex.com you keep calling me. Which should have never been done that's the whole reason getting in touch with the Revdex.com. I don't have hours to spend on the phone with Capital One.
4. I'm not paying this charge again when I have already paid for it. I will file [redacted] before I pay Capital One this!

CAPITAL ONE, is taking advantage of the American public. This company provides credit opportunities and then charges outrages monthly finance fees. I have paid close to $600 over 10 months for a balance less than $2000. They charge me $45+ every month just for carrying a balance. This is excessive.
Their auto finance company is worse. I financed a car two years ago with Capital One and they don't tell you that you cannot refinance with them within a year, and no other finance company will refinance until a certain amount is paid of your loan, so the consumer is stuck with a HIGH INTEREST rate and there is NOTHING you can do but pay them. No one will re-finance me and I am paying a ridiculous APR. Unbelievable. This company is taking of advantage of consumers with less than perfect credit and they know it. When you call them, they are not helpful at all. They just want your money!!
As soon as I get rid of all of my Capital One loans, I will NEVER do business with these people again.

You advised that is an old address, and to please update the address to [redacted].The agent also explained that you are enrolled to receive online statements as of November 5, 2014. You requested to be removed from the online statements and requested to receive paper statements.x On September 16, 2015, you called us to advise that you are not receiving your statements. We show that you contacted us on August 16, 2016, to find out if you made a payment on the account would the restriction be removed. The agent explained that making a payment of $[redacted] that same day would bring the account current, and restore charging privileges in the next 25 days. You explained that you do not know how much you can pay, but you would be making a payment on the account soon You called us again on August 20, 2016, and the agent explained that there is an unrestriction offer on the account, and if you pay $[redacted] that day, you will be able to use the card again. You advised that you had made a payment for $[redacted] that day. The agent explained that since you had made a partial payment of the total amount due, she can process a payment over the phone for $[redacted]. You advised that you would need to call back to make the payment. The agent explained it is important to receive the payment on or before August 23, 2016, for the unrestriction offer to remain valid.We received your payment for $[redacted] on August 26, 2016. Since the payment was received three days past the agreed payment date of August 23, 2016, the offer to remove the restriction from the account was voided. Crapital one has another unsatisfied customer! Imagine that!! I've had my auto loan through them and when I went to refi with another lender with a [redacted] of a better rate, things went down hill fast. It's been 14 days since I signed papers to refi and the check for the pay off was sent that day. But with Crapital One, they haven't gotten anything. I signed my title to the new lender and everything and now Crapital thinks I owe them money. Not happening. They call every freaking ten minutes wanting to know where their money is and everything. They are no help when you do ask questions, most of them are dur-da-durs on the phone, most of the people are rude, some don't hardly speak english, and when you want to speak to a supervisor or manager, good luck. I will never go through these a-holes again for anything. Not a car, not a credit card, nothing. If I can't pay cash I don't need it. This company can fall off a cliff for all I care. Look at your options for when you do need a loan. Just don't give your business to them ever.

The changes capital one has incorporated, mainly to the Armed Forces which has helped several veterans and service members, is uncanny to any other corporation. Yes mishaps happen along the way, but that's how we learn to improve services. I have been a proud Capital One card holder since 2002 or so and throughout all the changes that have taken place in my life i.e, joining the military, family demands etc., Capital One was always accommodating and willing to provide assistance. I recommend this card to all military members I know and veterans- the pros of having a corporation flex and adjust to many life changes, far outweighs a few negative experiences. Thank you Capital One for the excellent customer service reps and for all you do to ensure your veteran and service member customers are taken care of - Hooah! I just wish your commercial featured more military veterans or service member - people like my family that I can relate to.
