I only decided to reject the response as I have visited Facebook's Help Centre multiple times and it has not been much help at allIt only gives me the option to file an appeal which I have done multiple times to no avail or even replyWhere I understand this can be a wide scope for Facebook to get through and it can be easy for stuff to get lost I would just like to have it sorted
I have been a member on Facebook for nearly ten years and had so many memories on that account and suffer from depression and looking through them and keeping in contact with family that I no longer live near was one of the only thing that helped me through my bad days, I am ashamed to admit how much I have let this affect my mental health

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Sorry about the reject status, I was concerned accepting would close the dialog
The current primary contact address is ***. It has worked for notifications since I started facebook. I tried to add *** *** and*** when I stopped receiving notifications to eliminate the *** address as the problem. Part of adding an email address is receiving from facebook a confirmation code sent to the address to be added. I never received any email from facebook for any address to be added so not able to add any additional address. Not receiving notifications and not receiving the confirmation code email indicated to me the problem is within my facebook account. All email addresses are working email address and I do not have any problem with them.
Really appreciate help getting this resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:it's the wait time and the inability to communicate with a person, why on earth does it take more then weeks with no actionInitially you request I change my name but then lock me out of my account before that could be done and then the same game is played here with the Revdex.com, I know I not the only person that has suffered this wrathGet your act together and respond as you indicate you will in the initial correspondence to my emailYour customer service leaves a lot to be desired
