I am rejecting this response because:FACTSFIRST.- The Primary Cause of Action that constitutes the original complaint is the De-Activation of Profile ID:***SECOND.- The business replied by affirming that account access is our main concernTHIRD.- Good Will means that the ID Profile stated herein is de-activated regardless of whether profile access is granted or not CAUSE OF ACTIONAs a result of the above, I hereby request that the aforementioned Profile be terminated immediately Signed on April 6th at 10:12:PST

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Facebook re-opened my account right after I reported them to the Revdex.com. If I would not have reported them they would have done nothing. They are actively closing people's accounts that are *** in beliefs. They also demanded my phone number and immediately my phone was hacked and I am now also receiving numerous telemarketing calls per hour. How do I report Facebook's illegal activities to the ***? Facebook is criminally biased in their practices and needs to be reported to the ***

I am not willing to sign up to Facebook in order to resolve this issue In order to use your Help pages I have to be logged in as a Facebook member I do not wish to do this By cannot address this issue through Revdex.com, you mean you will not It is a simple request Remove the pages Don't put them back up

I already looked there for hours! I could not find a way to message someone from FB support! If there's a way to get someone to contact me directly, then I wouldn't mind as much, but as of now, this is terrible support

What a joke, this does absolutely nothing to address the concerns I provided I already provided the information for which I need help I can't access my account on *** I already tried every single option you provided in your response which my initial complaint explained Your company's lack of a way to communicate someone is causing a huge issue If I wanted a pre-written response to my complaint I wouldn't have submitted this
My account is *** - *** *** My account was hacked and someone changed my password so I'm not able to log in I no longer have access to that email address or the other email address linked to the account, which is a college email address I have not used or had access to in almost years The only other option to get into my account is by getting a code from trusted contacts of the contacts I no longer speak with and have no way to get ahold of this person, so I'm not able to get into my account That person is *** Also, when I get a code from my other trusted contacts the codes are not valid Yes, I am typing in exactly what your website tells them to give me because I was sitting with them when they provided the code
The only resolution that is acceptable at this point is for you to give me a way to reset my password so I can login to my account I would also like a response regarding my concerns in writing from your company A response that is not a pre-written complaint response and is responding to exactly my concerns Please do your job and quit making your company look like a joke
