I clearly outlined both my question AND my complaint about the manner in which it was handled by "Martial" of the customer service team
If this doesn't constitute a complaint that FB can and will deal with, I am beyond wordsThey won't deal with their own *** service rep???? UNBELIEVABLEAnd, they are getting away with it because Revdex.com won't do anything either
This is a waste of time, money, and energy

We have sent dozens of emails, submissions and had several phone calls with Facebook per the link they sentThey still have not resolved or even addressed our issue
