Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I find the solution offered to me is insufficientI do not believe that the company has actually made an attempt to help meI believe that they are simply dodging the issue and refusing to cooperate. Sincerely,*** ***

It is exactly the same as Facebook's previous email which, in effect, was/is not a response, merely a statement that they are still looking into the issue and thank me for my patienceAs such there is nothing for me to accept or reject
Additionally, I would like to reiterate that, as I do not have a Facebook account I have not ‘agreed’ to the previously mentioned ‘Statement of Rights and Responsibilities’ in any way and do not see why they are relevant to meHowever, having read them online I can clearly see why the specific page for which I have lodged a complaint violates them, both in terms of the way it was registered and the way in which it is allowed to continually violate my rights
I find, what can only be described as a standardised response, another attempt to avoid the issues at hand

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I did this.....for hours at a time *** *** reopened her own page using MY phone number, then proceeded to UNblock the dozens of people I had blocked I had spent different sessions for over hours each time, blocking, reporting......over and over, prior to that
I found my phone number was a way to open*** *** *** FB Page-she had UNblocked the people I DO NOT KNOW and related to her I do not want them near me They live in places I've never been to, and we have no common friends She's harassing me and must stop

I am rejecting this response because:I have already tried all of those things multiple times over the last monthsI can find my profile just fine, I provided you with a link to it in our last communicationI have access to the email address associated with the account (remember I told you that I am still receiving numerous notification emails a day from Facebook in my email?)I have attempted to reset my password multiple times, each time it successfully resets my password, and each time I log in with a new password, it says "You must log in to continue." I CANNOT LOG IN I have reviewed the Help Center over and over and over and submitted complaint after complaint and have got no solutionThat's why I'm here
