am still locked out of my account on facebook its been so long I dont even think I remember my direct link I think it was *** possibly but the email associated with the account is*** and I believe my cell phone nuber was also attached to the account which is*** *** *** if there is a way I personally can find the direct link please let me know I tried to get it via the email notification I still recive about what my friends are doin but could not do so I hope to resolve this soon though...Sincerely,*** ***

I have opened cases with different charges that I do not recognize on a credit card that are marked ADVERTISING SERVICESI have not advertised on Facebook in months and have only used Paypal to do so or make other purchases
If I go through that process again that is being suggested, it will be closed, not looked at, or ignoredI have worked in Customer Service and Customer Support for over years and have never gone through such a process to get an adequate answer.

I am rejecting this response because:this is a hideous response *** fails big time to explain reasons why it's permanent deleted He said of no wrong doing so why delete this wonderful account email permanent? He failed to answer all the rest of my concerns! I need a higher manager who will answer all of my questionsI forgot to mention about my time and experience with a secret group called the *** *** *** I reported an individual who kept adding porn and graphic very bad material on Facebook repeatedly It's very odd and bad for the individual to stay on there as well as the secret group whose members and group creator also posted same bad violating materials but my clean account got permanent delete I'm asking why can't I report a secret group? How can I do It? Let's get it started now through this Revdex.com complaint for me to report all the fake name individuals whose account have continued to be in name For me to have the secret group be investigated I have the owners real name if you need it Something went wrong on Facebook end when I reported this secret group and I want it fixed. I also want to see changes made for better communication when it comes to reporting exactly what I need and want It's bad to have to choose from a short list what I want fb to do

I am rejecting this response because: that did not give me a solution to my issueYou only gave me instructions to click on the link and type the code that is received from the emailNow if i'm not receiving that email then how is this a solutionI have already spoken with my email provider as well as a few other IT professionals on the matter and they are stating it is an issue on your end *Facebook's End*I am requesting a solution to my specific issue not a solution that has nothing to do with the matter
