I am rejecting this response because:This response is the same as the last oneI prefer all communication through this tread and not emailAnd as the response is the same I notice a diffrentname than before who is respondingI feel as Facebook doesn't take the complaints seriously and uses an automated system to respondI have patiently waited for Facebooks correction to their error, but it appears Facebook has done nothingI have provided evidence required by them to reactivate my account, yet they have not done soI believe their response that they will contact me by email is their way of avoiding the Revdex.com

It doesnt solve anythingIt's the same respons they give in their user " helpcenter" in the user account, Whithout any help from the business and doesnt solve anything, forther more, allowes to continue the irregular and illegal activities that are matters of this claim and has haré me financialyThis has happened, because based on the publicity that Facebook allows the company bestscooterlite.com, as an alleged company selling quality products through the internet, dated August 13, I purchased an electric scooter from them for all costs in $ dollars, however after more than a month, I have seen that this is a scam, since this company does not reply to any communication despite having tried it in opportunities, either by the emails they provide, as well as through their sales page as noted in their private shipping tracking, since they do not give international tracking number, that the package was delivered at the door of my home last Sunday, which is a lie, since in my country they are not made deliveries on Sundays since postal companies do not work and I have been at my home all dayThen, I searched the internet for several pages and I found several cases of people who have been cheated by this same company for the same thing and that tells them the same crawl, all relying on Facebook as I understand in particular the dates of purchase, the which continues to happen to several people across the world who continue to rely on Facebook to have done a background check of the company that allows advertising through themit is necessary to point out, that it is not a page that has been created gratuitously, but that it advertises in Facebook, which conciderola implies that Facebook assumes a responsibility of guarantor and quasi promoterIn my opinion, Facebook has failed to fulfill its duty as guarantor and has responsibility for damages that I have suffered as well as third parties who continue to have contact with this company in particular, given the fact that I have reported this page to Facebook through the means that I was given as a user, having to investigate in order to have the possibility to file this claim.
