Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I am grateful someone is finally looking into my specific concerns, however, they did not provide an expected time frameIf it takes more than calendar days it's too late for me to respond to the Revdex.comAdditionally, I initially filed the complaint on July 12th, it is now the 24th, so I have already been forced to wait days with no estimate on how much longer I should be expected to waitDuring that time I have not been able to advertise my business on FB or promote my pageI have potentially lost business from this, as well as losing out on potential sales during an incentive period with the direct sales company I representI would just like this to be resolved in a timely mannerIf someone is paying for advertising (even a small amount) if they violate a policy they should be informed right awayIf I did something wrong I would have corrected it immediately once informedLocking out my account and removing my page that I had already invited my friends too was not a good way to handle the situationI'm extremely disappointed by the entire experience as well as Facebook dragging out their response time. OnApril at 4:14am, someone tried to log in to your account from a device, browser or location that our systems thought was suspiciousTo keep your account safe, we temporarily locked access to your account
However, we haven't observed any suspicious activity on your account since then, so we've unlocked your account
You can now log in and use Facebook againIf you think someone else may know your password, you can reset it

Then I try to Log in on Facebook and it requires me to upload my ID or drive License; I have uploaded both of them and recieved this message:

I am rejecting this response because:You have clearly not read my last rebuttalYou have no idea how frustrating this isI have a legal mononym, and have sent evidence of this, and you are ignoring it.Here is my rebuttal, yet againread it and reply to it, not just send yet another copy and paste reply.I changed my name in and am known legally and socially as ***On my passport and my bank card it says “*** ***”, as the standard practice for a UK passport with a mononym is to replace one of the names with ***I would have prefered to have gone by *** from the start of having a Facebook account but the option of using a mononym did not appear to be availableI have used several fillers for the first name in the past when encountering this problem, and none of them really fit until I decided that Mononymous *** is at least an accurate description of my name if not my actual legal nameFacebook did not at the time allow me to use *** for a first name in any caseI have written on several occasions to FacebookI have no record of what I have written to customer services or when, since Facebook customer services are virtually non existent, but I have an email I sent to ***.*** on 2/16/as well as records in my Facebook messenger of attempts to contact *** *** dating from 12/07/2014, including one where I point out that his dog has a facebook page with only one nameThis record also indicates that I sent a passport scan to customer services around 12/28/This has been going on for some time. On 4/05/Facebook decided that I had to verify my nameIt would no longer accept Mononymous at this point, or ***I was threatened with having my Facebook page suspended if I could not prove who I wasA friend of mine pointed me at a Facebook Help page called “What if I have one name instead of a first name and a last name”I followed the instructions on that page, and sent a scan of my passport photo againThe hoped for outcome of this as stated on the help page was “we will work with you to place the mononym on your account”, instead my account was renamed *** ***, and told that everything was resolvedI was furiousAt this point someone suggested I contact the Revdex.com.On 4/18/Facebook contacted me to offer me the following help, a link to a page telling me what names are allowed, and a link telling me what sort of ID Facebook acceptsAs far as I can tell, my name is allowed and they accepted my Passport without comment the last time I scanned it for themIt is almost as if they have not read my complaint at all, which is why I have repeated it here with as much additional information as I can muster.To resolve this issue I would ask Facebook to give me an account with a mononym, as the Help page would suggest is possible and as is evidenced by *** ***’s dogThis does not seem unreasonable to me, but if it is, then I should like to have a better understanding of why
