I am rejecting this response because:unfortunately ive already tried that avenue hence the Revdex.com casethis bad company is trying to close the case in the guise of helpi need a phone call from facebook to trouble shoot the problem over the phone. I STATED THE ENTIRE REASON OF THIS COMPLAINT IS NOT BEING ABLE TO GET RESOLUTION VIA THE WEBSITE OR EMAIL. THEY CLOSED THE CASE WITHOUT HELPING ME AND NOW THEY ARE REFERRING ME BACK TO THE SAME PLACE THAT THEY CLOSED THE CASEI AM ASKING TO HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME TO TROUBLESHOOT THE ISSUEI ALREADY PROVIDED TO THEM THE SCREENSHOT AND EXACT ERROR CODETHEY ARE NOT ABLE TO EMAIL ME A WALK THROUGH ON THISAS THAT IS INAPPROPRIATE AND IT DIDNT WORK HENCE THE Revdex.com INVOLVEMENTSHOCKING WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO DOHERE. FACEBOOK CALL ME! I NEED A PHONE CALL ON THE ISSUE UNTIL ITS RESOLVEDFACEBOOK HAS IGNORED ALL MY EMAILS AND STOPPED COMMUNICATING WITH METHEY ARE REFUSING TO HANDLE MY ACCT. I HAVE TRIED VIA EMAIL AND OPENING UP CASESI KNOW FACEBOOK CALLS YOU WHEN YOU HAVE A BILLING DISPUTEBUT THEY DONT CARE TO CALL WHEN A CUSTOMER HAS TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO CREATE AN AD AND GET AN ERROR MESSAGEI SPENT HOURS TRYING TO DO THISEACH TIME YOU SEND ME DOWN A CREEK WITH NO PADDLEI TRY AND NOTHINGI TRY AND NOTHINGREPEATAND YOU REPEAT THE SAME CANNED RHETORIC TO LINK THAT ONLY IS A STARTING POINT THAT LEADS YOU NOWHERE.ONCE YOU ARE LED INTO OBLIVION YOUR ONLY RECOUSE IS THE Revdex.comBUT AS YOU CAN SEE THEY ARE EVEN TRYING TO GET OUT OF THATTHEY ARE CLEARLY INTENT ON NOT HELPING MECAN WE ALL SEE THIS FOR WHAT IT IS? I have contacted the Revdex.com because NONE of the other HELP on FB websites is applicable to my case - I have already tried them I need someone from their security team to contact me I have already provided the links I was asked to provide that related to my case within my initial response to the Revdex.com If none of them directly connect to my own page (and I have no way of knowing that as I am afraid to try them), it is because I have been locked out of it, even though the answer to the security question is one I know to be true I don't know why that answer doesn't "compute" in the FB system All that FB security needs to do is to have someone contact me by email to be able to easily resolve the issue (which I cannot do myself because no process provided applies) I would be happy to provide FB with any personal photo scans of my driver's license, my passport, the photo on my computer that I initially put on my page, as well as one that I can take to prove I am who I am sitting in the same spot I was sitting in when I took the FB photo that is on my page and that would be dated on the day I would send it I am not a hacker I did not knowingly do anything wrong as a user of my own FB account and it would be a simple thing for this company to assist me to get back to my page I am simply requesting an email sent to my address from someone who actually lives and breathes and works in FB security Surely this is possible?Sincerely,*** ***
