Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: It does not help to resolve my account being hacked and me not being able to regain controlThe hacker has changed my original email associated with the account which was *** and also changed the phone number associated with the account which was***I have tried to regain control with the options and an email never comes thru to meI am terrified that someone has access to all of my personal info as well as business info as my accounts are linked togetherI have purchased adds on facebook thru my*** *** account so maybe you could use my visa to help identify the real me! I am begging you facebook please help me regain control! My account was hacked in the early morning of sept 14thabout two weeks prior I had a text informing me someone was trying to access my account and changed my password thenWhich I did but somehow the hacker was still able to take control

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I don't understandI've read through MANY of the exact same issues on this forum and others, that have been resolvedWhile I'm aware that the technical issue can't be resolved here, I've received no assurance that my access to FB will be resolved without my work laptop being scanned by FB security software affiliates.
I've received no such alert from my internal/business security software, so I'm VERY confused why FB is requiring me to download software for an unidentified threat that isn't being caught by any security software on my machine.
Please resolve this issue
I'm cautious to contact support knowing I could be required to pay and/or forced to allow access to my work laptop that isn't authorized, just to get back on FB
I've still not been told what threat is preventing my access
Bottom line: I won't pay and I won't allow external access to my work computer.

I am rejecting this response because: It's not a content matter, it's the fact that we can't connect anymore to the Facebook page without providing an ID that we don't have since the business to which the page is related has changed its owner.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:This is not about intellectual property! In fact I was registered as a trade name before this woman! Basically what has happened is that anyone for any reason can go and have a business page shut down and all they have to do is fill out a formLike I said before I have legal documents stating that I have rights to my name, but because Facebook is such a horribly run and corrupt company without a human sole to speak to, I'm in this situationI have paid hundreds of dollars to promote my page and someone can just have it removed because they fill out a form without any proof it's their propertyNot to mention this woman won't answer her phone or emails ( I'm guessing that's because I've hired a lawyer and she's in the wrong)Facebook took down my page and took my money without so much as a warning and now I need this woman's permission to get it back? I am rejecting this response because:The help center is not helping me in anything, I have tried all the suggested answers with no result.The thing is that we have this new donation company to help local poor kids who are in need , we are using the website *** for the campaign , but we found that the domain is blocked on facebook : we cannot post or share the website on facebook (you can try by typing the website *** in facebook and see) , all we want is that you unblock our website , I'm sure it got blocked by mistake
