As I previously mentioned, WE ARE UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE SECURITY CHECK AS THE PERSON WHO SET UP THE ACCOUNT NO LONGER WORKS FOR USWE DO NOT HAVE ANSWERS TO THE SECURITY CHECK!

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: My account has been deactivated for 3-yearsOn August 28, Facebook contacted me via e-mail at 3:a.mThe message stated that someone was trying to log into my account, if this isn't you, press a button informing them that I was not trying to log into an account that I deactivated years agoOn August 28, later that morning after viewing the e-mail, I followed those instructionsMoreover, I did not try to log into an account at 3:a.mI followed their instructions by informing them that it wasn't me, so they have a duty of care to pay attention when they provide instructions for specific situations
FaceBook has a duty of care to fix that issue after being advised it was not me logging on to that accountI do not have a password or any information to get into that old accountI will not create a new account.
Resolution: Facebook can via technology go into that account and erase all my information completely so that this does not occur again.Sincerely,*** ***

It took SEVEN tries to change the name, SEVEN rejections and FIVE open support tickets which were ignored until I filed this complaint(which I really needed to deal with whilst grieving the loss of my companion of 1/ years)It was ridiculous, but they finally did it.For a company that is trying so hard to get my advertising dollars for my business pages you'd think they'd have some sort of customer service.* *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: Even before I filed the Revdex.com claim, I had already tried to report my account was hacked through FacebookThe solution they provided is nothing newMy email, phone number, trusted contacts, language and privacy settings were all altered without my permission by a hackerThe hacker changed my account's associated email address and phone number, so when I try to reclaim it, I have no access to it. I have been digitally robbed and Facebook should be more concerned with tracking this individual down to make sure he doesn't do it to other peopleI have his name, because one of my friends happened to be on their Facebook feed as he was "Friending" people from my account and screen shotted itDue to the public nature of the Revdex.com, I do not want to share this individual's name online, but happy to direct the Facebook Team to his profile if they reach out to me.
