Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: For the second time you have failed to answer my questionI am very aware that you have a help centerI am very aware how to use itThe help center is only effective or accessible if you can sign into your accountMy problem stems from not having access to my accountThe person that is now acting as me has changed all of my information for regaining my account therefor I am NOT able to sign into my account to use help center or report anythingBoth of your responses have told me to use your help centerWhich leads me to believe that you are in no way reading what I am writing to youFacebook is just a free for all for hackers if you have no intention on helping people who are locked out of their account by a hackerI have had several of my friends report this blatant overtaking of my account but Facebook has responded to them by saying that, although acting as a person that they are not, they are not breaking any of the Facebook rulesIf hacking an account deleting most of the people on the account, changing the email, deleting the phone number associated with the account, changing the profile picture to someone who isn't me(and that's blatantly obviously when you look at the previous years of profile pictures still on the account that are mine) and now the language being typed is of middle eastern decent is not an obvious flag that something completely changed that day then I don't know what isI have had other friends on my list taken over in the same manor that are waiting to hear my response from you so that they can also receive some helpMy friend passed away a few months back of ALS and one of the people that was hacked was his mother who lost soo many of her photos of her son and conversation had with himIt's heartbreaking to say the leastDo you have no way of recovering an account that is taken overMy account is*** *** and my business page attached is*** *** This is my url***

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID***I'm not entirely happy with it, because Face Book will not call me by phone
Since I have already gone through several rounds of providing Face Book with the information its staff has requested via email and the profile I want to use has not been reactivated, I've decided to just use the one Face Book did reactivate even though it is linked to my business email address. I'm resolving getting back into Face Book groups directly with the leaders of those groups.
