Complaint:***I am rejecting this response because: this is not a response, this is a canned textIt is totally irrelevant to the issue I brought upAs I indicated in the original complaint, I merely quoted another user's messageThat message I quoted is still posted on facebook.com, proving there is absolutely NO violation of the community standards.
Previously, facebook has disabled my account for quoting other user (Revdex.com Complaint Case* *** They were able to investigate it, they restored my comment, and re-enabled my access to the social networkI request the same resolution on this complaint ***

We have already tried the solution provided in the response from the business and it doesn't work, as I already stated in my original message, which the Facebook employee who responded would have known had he bothered to read the entire emailThere are no trusted contacts my brother can use and he cannot in any way access the accountIn the meantime, the hacker has contacted my brother and blackmailed him, threathening to publish photoshoped photos of him and his friendsIn lack of any other actions, many people have reported the account as fake, but Facebook dismissed all these reportsSo please, just delete the account, as my brother has created a new account in the meantime.Sincerely,*** ***

Not sure what clarification I'm providing other than exactly what I said earlier - There is a review on our Facebook page from a previous employee/contractor who is retaliating by leaving a hateful reviewThis has severely dropped our rating score and I would like the review movedThe instructions Facebook provided in their Revdex.com response was useless as I've already done that multiple times with nothing coming about from itThis review is very harmful to our image and it's very important to us to have the review removed. The reviews location is *** We have replied to the comment as for an explanation for his hatred towards our company but the review really needs to be removed as to not hurt our rating for his retaliation.This is the review in question:
