They blatantly ignore my claimIn their reply, they reject to even reply to my claim through Revdex.com and they address me to the general common "help" page on Facebook site, when they have been always ignored my claimsThey have STOLE almost *** euros frozen in a prepaid balance for an ads account which they disabled with no reason, they reject both to enable my account so I'll be able to spend my prepaid balance, or refund my paid moneyFacebook has rip me off almost ***.Sincerely,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:This is a useless, standard form response from Facebook. I have already followed all of these steps at their help center and sent them numerous emails, explaining the situation and requesting account this be permanently deleted. Not only did Facebook not respond to me but that blocked further emails communication from me. I will reiterate that the permanent account deletion that I requested is a very simple for Facebook to honor. Otherwise, their security checks are preventing me from logging in to permanently close this account and I have no other way of accessing this account and their help center is useless for this situation. Again, Facebook should just permanently delete this account for this complaint to be resolved. There is absolutely no reason that they cannot do that

The attached group needs to be DELETED by Facebook A member is using the group to contact people and ask for money and is constantly doing this She recently met someone offline and stole a phone She stole a computer from a different persons car
She removed me as admin and I can not close the group

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: FB customer support clearly does not exist, FB has absolutely no interest in removing a fake account even though they claim fake accounts are not allowed as stated in a response to this complaint!!! I do not believe that FB "cannot address this issue thru Revdex.com, but they certainly do not have motivation to remove FAKE accounts!! FB has time and time again proven to me that their ONLY concern is keeping people on their site whether its a phony account or not!!! Its absolutely ridiculous that FB privacy and security measures are so uselessI have tried to resolve this by using their "suggested methods" but it always leads to a dead end!! The so-called "help" page does nothing but refer me to a community blog where I can complain to another member or I can ask someone in the FB community for help to remove a phony account that FB does not allow! I DO NOT WANT ANY FURTHER CONTACT WITH THIS LOUSY WEBSITE!Sincerely,*** ***

Thank youI would like to reopen my complaint. I had already visited the website Facebook sent me to, and I was unable to resolve the problem there I would still like my Facebook account and all of my information deleted.
I apologize for not responding soonerMy email program had put Revdex.com emails into a nested inbox, so I missed themI have corrected that now.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:this doesn't address the issueI don't want help troubleshooting what went wrong, I want Facebook to own up to the fact that they blatantly discriminate against people who are right of center and that they censor and harass them on a regular basisUntil I get an acknowledgement that I was being intentionally targeted and censored, I am not dropping the issue and I will encourage other people who have experienced the same kind of treatment to report their experiences as wellThis is bullying, bigotry and flagrant discrimination and it's long past time for Facebook to be publicly held accountable for it.Sincerely,*** ***
