Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
The team at Facebook has sent me this same "solution" at least twice now and the system will not allow me to reset my passwordFacebook does not recognize my email address (sales at *** *** *** nor does it recognize the phone number *** *** that is listed on the account
I have tried ALL the suggestions they have offered (even though they offer the same suggestions every timeIt is obviously a template response) and nothing works
This is my business, not some personal social pageI need to be able to access my account yet I cannotShould I proceed with some type of legal action? I would prefer to not spend any money I do not have to but being a business account it is critical to us that we can get in and update our page and include our new logo.
I really need someone at Facebook to contact me directly to discuss this problem

I appreciate the hacked link, unfortunately I require a bit more assistance as the way the current program is set up it requires personal information to be confirmed, and all of mine was changed before the account was locked.
I've tried going through this process and unfortunately the automated responses don't workI require someone who can reassign my information manually to me
