I have tried ALL of your "help resources" and my WRONGFULLY SUSPENDED account (that I've had for TEN YEARS!) is STILL not restoredSomeone at the Facebook team MUST CORRECT THIS ERRORI have submitted MULTIPLE forms of verification to verify my accountI've sent you my current ID, my learners permit, my health insurance card, MULTIPLE recent paystubs,and my debit card You have not even emailed me to resolve this issue My accountt was wrongfully suspended and you need to correct this and let me back into my account! You have wrongfully suspended my account account due to "impersonation", I've submitted MORE than what you've asked for within minutes of you suspending my account, and no one has even reached out to me to resolve thisI've had my account for TEN YEARS now and have not violated your terms of service once You MUST make this right and re-activate my account, or if you somehow need more verification, such as my passport or birth certificate, email me at my CONTACT EMAIL which is [email protected]

it was not an option
Facebook allowed me to reactivate my account providing that I would change my name the day before they responded to the complaint
At the end I was indeed able to access my account
But instead of letting me to use my real name *** *** I have to change to another name which fits FB's real name requirement.

I am rejecting this response because:Again Facebook refuse to act in "good faith" to fix the problemThey are lying in their automated reply and just fobbing the complaint offThey state they wish to help but again just pass the complaint back to their system that is incapable of fixing the problemHere is my complaint again " Facebook are in violation of their own rules by allowing a known scammer and hacker to hold multiple accounts thereby breaching their community standards rulesThe following are multiple impersonation accounts by *** *** *** *** *** Despite receiving over abuse reports by different people Facebook refuse to adhere to their OWN rules and remove these fake and libelous profilesAbuse reports to their "Report" system produce no results only an automated reply that does NOT check the fake accounts outFacebook are in clear violation of their accreditation agreement with Revdex.com and I ask that their accreditation be revokedThank you *** *** Please note this part of my complaint: "Despite receiving over abuse reports by different people Facebook refuse to adhere to their OWN rules and remove these fake and libelous profilesAbuse reports to their "Report" system produce no results only an automated reply that does NOT check the fake accounts out." So they again refer me to a part of Facebook that is of no use, as the reports just go to an automated response that cannot fix the complaint It is clear that Facebook are in direct violation of their agreement with Revdex.com to act in good faith so I request that their accreditation be revoked Facebook has NOT given their point of view but again pass the buck to a reporting system that is uselessI have supplied ample evidence of a multiple use breach of their own rules yet they will not act in good faith to remove the multiple uses violation

Complaint: ***Aloha FacebookI did follow the link provided There is no information or recourse regarding my issue within that link This is not a personal issue This is a business issue I want to be able to display Facebook Display Ads on my Website For your information, Revdex.com is the ONLY recourse I have to address this issue
Currently, when your system or reviewers 'block' a website from displaying display partner ads, (and I am talking about the settings in the Developers App settings), there is no recourse to have further review I am simply saying that Your People made an erroneous decision to block my website I am doing business with you already, placing ads into the Facebook network I just want to be able to display advertisements, and make a commission off of the interaction from them, by displaying them on my website It is very simple There is probably a BOOLEAN database setting that is preventing my ability to display the advertisements
Please, find a way to get this into further review, with the intention to ultimately lift this 'ban' from my website domain
There is no other recourse--your suggested solution is not, in any way a viable solution, because you sent me down a dead-end road
Please assist me with lifting the above described 'ban',

but I wait for almost days and my profile is still disabled and if I make an other profile, it is shut down immediatly.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: These are the same links I used to first resolve my issue. After that did not work, I contacted them via Revdex.com which is the only option available to contact them. They have provided absolutely no support in fixing this matter. The original message I sent them gave a detailed account of the issue I was having, and it doesn't even seem like they have read that message. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in resolving an issue with any platform or business I have used in my life.Sincerely,*** ***
