Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Absolutely nothing has been done to resolve my complaint, I am still classed as a grey account, so I still cannot view other facebook pages or use many of the features on facebook and my*** *** profile is still completely closed to me, so I cannot update any information or preferences, which must be done periodically, to make full use of the pagesAs a small independant gallery we are still suffering substantial business losses due to this exclusionFacebook today has a virtual monopoly on social media in the arts, so this exclusion is very important to promote the gallery and its activitiesI cannot seem to set up a new page using the same address, as facebook will not let meI do not want to do this anyway as I will lose the few followers that we haveI want to talk to someone in person from facebook about this situation
This response from facebook, telling me that the problem is resolved, when it is clearly NOT, is typical of the way that they have dealt with things, right from the startThey seem to aim to drive you to the point of despair, so in the end you give up, or they find a way of cutting you off completely, as happened in my case when I suddenly found that I was excluded from using facebook support and that is why I have started this case with Revdex.comIt seems inconcievable that they would treat their customers in this way, I just wonder how many others have encountered similar problems to me?Sincerely,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: The only offer of help was links to the help center which we have already reviewed at length and we have found absolutely no violation of the Facebook Terms and Conditions Please restore our page as we believe that our unpublishing was a mistake and we have already waited days Our work is very important to our local community and we are not able to serve them in the best way possible when we cannot communicate via social media Our page number is *** and our URL is *** Please help!

So *** you are saying I already have an open ticket in this case, yeah this is also I am saying that I have an open case but you are not replying to me as this case is about id deactivation and you are not replying so it is totally unfair the way you are doing with me.Kindly reply me here that why my account is disabled and after disabling as now I have submitted original documents to verify then why are you not replying in open support ticket????
