I am rejecting this response because: this help center none sense is no help help at all and it is why I contacted the Revdex.comI HAVE LOST MONEY AND FACEBOOK COULD CARELESSNO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALLI AM SO ANGRY THAT THEY WOULD RESPOND TO THE Revdex.com THIS WAYI sent all the information before I contacted Revdex.com and again with my complaintIT IS RIDICULOUS!!!! How does this resolve my issue when my business page is still down and I continue to lose moneyRevdex.com, how else can you help?

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:nothing was ever done about my reportsI gave the names of those who were threatening me and I am disgusted with Facebook for the threats I received not being taken seriouslyI was cyber bullied and threats were thrown my way and I don't feel safe on Facebook and won't until these people have had their pages taken downSince when are reports involving threats and cyber bullying not taken seriouslyI've been blocked from seeing their posts andnthose friends who were able to warn us about them have now been blockedI am so afraid now knowing Facebook is letting them get away with doing so.Sincerely,*** ***

account last week to delete itIt is unfortunate to have to cut out this particular method of contacting my friends and family; however, it is a huge inconvenience and annoyance to be continually locked out of my account for no reasonUntil Facebook improves whatever automated systems they use to detect and lock out "suspicious" users and/or instates a proper technical support team that can help users in an effective manner, I do not plan to returnI should not have had to file a Revdex.com complaint before hearing from an actual human being from Facebook who wanted to helpPlease improve your website security and responsiveness. Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: an automated response is not the answer A link to secure an deactivated account is not the answer I didn't reactivate the account but it was reactivated What happens the next time someone reactivates my account and I don't happen to see the email? What about the security of my personnel information? What about other people that may have this same problem and didn't see an email? I'm sure there is someone at Facebook that is human and can attend to my problem, not just an automated automatic generic response I didn't accept the last Facebook "fix" and so I got the same response again, a link to direction so secure my account I shouldn't have to secure my account, I deactivated it years ago!!!Sincerely,*** ***

Problem was not resolved and they dont even reply to numerous messages I had left on Facebook through the help section!
I am a Licensed Firearms dealer/Business in which Facebook has on file a copy of my Business lic and firearms FFL LicI pay for advertising, when I shared a photo of a special my business was having of a gun (Which is supposed to be allowed if your a lic business to promote your business) I was banned for days
It would be nice to get a response from them, and email something after over messages with no response!
