I am blocked from seeing the account, because when I attempt to log in I get the following message
"Upload A Photo Of Yourself
Please upload a photo of yourself which clearly shows your face
When you send us a photo, we'll check it and then permanently delete it from our servers."
I tried to upload the photoI don't have an account with Facebook and never have, so I though that I was doing something wrongI would appreciate it if you deleted my info from your systemIf you need anything else, let me knowYou can also contact me at the email on file with Facebook for this account

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have already submitted an appeal one month agoI have sent pictures of my ID several timesI am not even sure why I was deleted from Facebook in the first placeMy son's first birthday is coming up and my family needs to see him because they wont be able to come see himI have gone through the proper process but I haven't heard of anythingI can keep resending it but I am not getting anywhereI also have a business and people buy through my Facebook and I am losing sales this way.

I am rejecting this response because: I have already accessed the websites and attempted the suggested remediesTo reiterate - I have reset my facebook passwordI am asked for an additional security check either through an access code provided via email or entering my birthdateI cannot enter my birthdate as the options do not include any birthyear prior to and I was born in The code provided via email did not get me inAnother option asked for my cell number to send an access code - again the access code did not get me in but apparently my cell phone was entered into my profile as I am now getting text messages from unknown people asking to be my "friend." Each text message costs me cents. The final alternative was to contact two identified friends and instruct them to contact Facebook to get a codeThey were not able to get anything. At this point I would like to shut down my account - which I can't do without signing in!!! Please ask Facebook to shut down my account on my behalf so I don't have to change my phone numberOtherwise they can put me in contact with a real person who can assist.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: every time I'veMade made an attempt to contact Facebook other than through the Revdex.comI've gotten no responseI can't contact you through my Facebook account because I was once again bannedI can't contact any of my friends or family I'm thereAnd now, I can't even post anything because everything that I've been posting is for some reason too much for the community to handleIt's beyond ridiculous that I have to go through this many steps to have access to a social media siteBut my Caucasian counterparts can say whatever the hell they wantDisrespect whoever they wantThreaten whoever they wantAnd their the count stay completely intactThere's no reason that you can't reinstate my account fullyThere's no reason that my conversations should be getting me bannedThere's no reason behind your company discriminating against black people for speaking the truthYou're unwillingness to make the proper steps to fix this and to publicly announce your flawSpeaks volumes in how you guys are conducting this company nowNot to mention, that your responses are the same exact responses that you sent to everybody They don't cover any of the issues that I mentionedAs a matter of fact, it's Facebook's way of avoiding conflict with SocietyYou are a social network platformThe people are who you work with and who you work forWork for the peopleSo the people that you are not racist and discriminatory in your companyAnd fully reinstate my accountWhich also involves you resetting the amount of times my comments have been flagged so that I don't get banned immediately from somebody not agreeing with what I saidWithin one conversationYou have flagged and banned my account four timesThis is ridiculous And it also shows that you have not taken the time to actually read all of the conversationYou do not look at what other people are saying that would cause somebody to speak towards them in the manner that you are flagging themYou read the article that's flagged and you automatically base your opinion on whether that person should be banned or not off of thatInstead of reading the whole conversation and getting the full context of the situation.
