Complaint:***I am rejecting this response because:
Because I followed business' instruction as stated in their response through the Revdex.com and went back to their online Help Center, and went back to the page where I am supposed to Submit An AppealI filled out all the information, I submitted my ** driver's license as ID and I submitted an account of what happened (kindly see attachement.)
But, unfortunately, I have gotten no response at all back from the businessMy friend who was helping get set up, on the evening we were filling out the information on my profile, that in her experience, they usually resplied back pretty fastAlso, at the Help Center I read somewhere that if you do not hear back from them two or three days, you may never hear back from them
Still, I would like to wait and see if they are going to fix the issue within the next daysThis should give them ample time to reply back to meI will let you know as soon as they have replied back to me, whether they have resolved the issue favorably or not
