I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me only if the issued is resolved and my account is fixed so I have access againI have opened a new account in the mean time but want my old one backThat account is the only access I have to my sister and two nieces' fb page, they died in a car accident and it's been turned into a remembering pageOnly the people who were her friends can post on the pageSo I very much need my original page back please

It has been since March 27th that my account was locked when I started receiving all kinds of messages from random people I was asked to send in my ID in which I have several times (drivers license and US passport)The account I am referring to is under*** *** *** and is linked to my business*** I have done all of the steps to secure the account and have not heard ANYTHING from facebook since this happened I am really concerned I have been using this account since before I have pictures of my children, family, and precious memories dating back I also can not access my business and I am a paying advertising consumer through facebook! I have since created new accounts however I WANT MY OLD ACCOUNT BACK I am just asking for facebook to look into this and communicate with me I have done nothing wrong and I have followed facebooks community policies from day one I also have copies of my marriage certificate to prove that I am using my maiden and married name I also have my business license (which has been verified for my page) and any other documentation needed
Again, I have done all of the steps to secure the account but it's like it has been permanently deleted!

Yesterday, A person named*** asked the direct link of my Facebook accountI gave and also gave my identity proofBut, unfortunately instead of verifying and restoring my account, you have sent the same message that my appeal is open and I should reply to the email sent to me by FacebookBut, I haven't received any mail from Facebook till now, so how can I respond to your mail when you haven't send me? Please stop sending the same mails via Revdex.com and solve my problem asapI have already given you my ID proofs i.e My Indian Passport and Valid driver's license.
