Hi,
You can deactivate your account by following these steps:
Go to the Account Settings page by selecting the “Settings” link at the top of any Facebook page
Click “Deactivate
Select a reason for your deactivation, and click “Deactivate.”
Deactivation will completely remove your timeline and all associated content on your account from FacebookIn addition, people will not be able to search for you or view any of your information
If you reactivate your account, your account will be restored in its entirety (friends, photos, interests, etc.)To reactivate your account, simply log in with your email and password

I am rejecting this response because: They have not offered me an option that I have not already tried, multiple times, as outlined in my complaintIn addition, they have not removed my phone number which I entered only after unsuccessful attempts to log in because they told me it was another way to access my accountI continue to receive unauthorized text messages on that number and my prepaid balance is going down rapidlyThere has been no attempt to contact me personallyAt this point I want the account closed

As you can see in 2nd photo. Facebook has me loocked out of my private account demanding me upload photos to use in the other blank head accounts created in my name for professional slander. I was targeted for murder with technology stalking years ago during a custody battle over my grand kids. The other facebooks with pictures I created to expose this murrder and trying to get law enforcement to acknowledge this hate crime.Sincerely,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:The only reason the issue appears
resolved is because I complied with Facebook's mandate to have my computer scanned by ***, the one and only option that would grant me access to my accountI scanned my computer with my own antivirus/malware software ~ which they said was an option ~ and no threats were detectedI sent Facebook issue reports over the week I was locked out, informing them I had scanned my computer and no threats were detected, but I never received a replySo the issues that remain are: (1) I was given no assurance this will not happen again; (2) Facebook states we have the option of scanning with our own software but gives us no way to inform them we have done so ~ other than issue reports, to which they do not respond; (3) Facebook gives us no assurance the software (***) they're literally forcing us to use is safe; (4) the *** software must be downloaded and is very difficult to remove afterward; (5) the lockout caused me great stress and seriously impeded my ability to do business onlineI would like Facebook to address these issuesA simple "We're sorry" is not good enough
