I am rejecting this response because: This is exactly my issue with your services, as* I can't provide the former owner's ID, the opened ticket is blocked. I need to be able to provide documents that testify the new ownership and of course, as soon as I try to explain the changes and send other documents, your staff or robot answer always to provide the correct ID that they are expecting. I have no way out of this, except if somebody else can receive the documents that prove the new ownership of the company and its pro Facebook page and the new ID of the new owner. It's the perfect case of the serpent biting its own tail.... Hope you will be able to help me with that
